We are PF♡STAFF.

 

I would like to thank the fans who always give interest and love to the members of Pink Fantasy.

 

If you wish to distribute fan letters and gifts to the members of Pink Fantasy, please read the following information and refer to them for preparation and delivery.

Mail and courier delivery

-      Send to: Address: 60, Naruteo-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea, 1st basement level, Mydoll Ent. (+ receive member name)

-      Be sure to include your name or nickname / member name in the packing box and envelope

-      Payment is not possible. Mail and courier service will be return to you.

 

 If you are sending food such as snacks overseas, please send us a small amount. If you send too much, it can be returned because it does not pass through customs.

If you want to send a gift, please send it by courier. If you need a bike trance service, please let us know at least 3 days before sending it by e-mail to mydoll_ent@daum.net.

 

Scheduled field delivery

-      In case of public broadcasting and fan meeting, general events, letter and gift can be delivered only through the on-site staff.

-      When delivering a gift, be sure to list the name of the member you are going to receive in the packing box and envelope.

-      In case of fan signing event, letter and gift is can be delivered directly to members.

-      For bulky gifts, please use the courier service available.

  

 

▷ Support application and progress

 

Supported schedule

-      Member support is only available for music broadcasts, company events, and anniversaries.

è  In the case of music broadcasting, the official fan café schedule can be confirmed after announcement announcement

-      Entertainment recording, radio schedules, other shooting schedules, events and closed schedules are excluded from support.

 

How to support

-      Support is only available to those who have received the final approval after consulting with the company through advance application.

-      Pre-application and unauthorized support proceedings are not accepted at all.

 

Support process

For checking allergen-inducing foods of members

 

-      Application for support for anniversary is required to be submitted 1 month to 3 days before the support is delivered.

-      In case of Music Broadcasting Bento Support, you must apply at least one day in advance.

-      In the case of lunchbox support, only one team can be supported per schedule. If multiple teams apply for support on a single schedule, we can only support the team you applied for first.

-      After sending mail, you can register your post as a post to the question answering board of the fan cafe.

 

 

▷▷ Notes

 

-      Foods received with gifts and support may be difficult to deliver on the same day.

Therefore, please be cautious not to disturb the food during the food gift and support, and please send food that is not possible to be damaged or deteriorated.

-      Support is limited to the artist, and support is not provided for employees and employees of the agency.

-      Gifts and supports other than the schedule can only be delivered by mail, courier service or quick service.

è  When you visit an unauthorized company, you may receive a disadvantage such as warning and suspension of activity.

-      If you ask the manager or STAFF to certify and sign the gift, you will not be able to receive the gift or support of the fan.
