[Job Descriptions]
- To manage PR activities on all company's brands (portfolio) with PR agency.
- To perform as an editor-in-chief of all media content including but not limited to social media, blogging, and traditional media press kits.
- To manage all communication related budget - produce yearly plans and execute with precision.
- Work with brand managers to identify critical information to produce comms plans and activities.
- Manage all media assets: dotcom, blog, social media fan page, and other communication related collaterals.
- Produce media assets such as photos and video for marketing and branding purposes (budgeting included).
- Manage digital communication team and its activities, budget, and yearly planning.
- Participate in innovative group sessions to stay on top of PR and communication latest strategies.
- Collect data on traditional media and digital media to leverage market position for all company's products (portfolio).
- Must produce (along with PR agency) monthly report on media contact (eyeballs) and provide analytical insight into current trend and identify opportunities.
- Provide strong leadership within the communication department and identify new training opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive plan for collaboration between brand and sales team to optimise productivity and promote efficiency.
- Manage all out-sourcing related to communication and its budget. Execute projects on time, provide planning, and summary report on results.
- Have the ability to manage long-term projects - planning to execution.
- Must develop strong relationship with local and national media in all areas including print, TV, and digital media.
[Requirements]
- Bachelor degree in communication or related field
- at least 7 years of hands-on experience in PR and communication
- Experience in FMCG and lifestyle brand communication is a plus.
- Must have a existing network of media contacts from previous job(s).
- Must be personable and strong on teamwork - must have strong leadership skills.
- MBA degree is a plus but not necessary.
- ATL + BTL Experience is important.
