2020년 제2차 한국 동해안 탈핵순례- The 2nd No-Nuke Pilgrimage along East Coast of Korea in 2020

1. 제1차순례는 4월24일~26일에 있었고, 한달만에 다시 걷는다.
1. The 1st pilgrimage was proceeded during April 24~26. I am walking again in one month.
2. 포항시청에서 경주까지 약 35km
2. The distance is about 35km from Pohang City Hall to GyeongJu.

4. 포항시청앞에서 첫날은 5인만 걷는다.
작년 3.1백주년 기념행사때부터 함께 하고 있는 동지들이 코로나바이러스 시대의 상징인 마스크를 착실히 쓰고 있다.
4. On the first day of pilgrimage, five pilgrims started in front of Pohang City Hall. These pilgrims joined the walking pilgrimage from the 100th anniversary of 3.1 Independence Movement, last year. All of us are wearing masks, the symbol of Coronavirus era.
5. 포항시내 철길숲길에 늦은 봄꽃이 만발하여 있다.
5. Late spring flowers are in full blossom.

7. 형산강변을 걷기 시작한다.
7. We walked along Hyeongsan River.
8. 여기도 꽃길이다.
8. There were many flowers everywhere.
9. 아이들이 환호한다.
9. Children are rejoicing with us.
10. 호기심에 충만한 아이들이어서 영문 팜플렛을 나누어 주었다.
10. I handed out English pamphlets to curious kids.
11. 초딩5년들인데, 필자의 지구촌 순례가 궁금해서, 자전거를 끌고 따라 오면서 이것저것 묻는다. 많은 질문은 고무적이다. 싹수가 훤하다.
11. They were 5th graders in elementary school. They were very curious about my pilgrimage. They followed me with bicycles and asked me many questions.
12. 양동마을 인근의 안계호수. 멋진 분위기다.
12. This is Angye Lake near Yangdong village. The ambiance was fantastic.

13. 첫날 숙소는 매산고택
13. The shelter of the first day was old house of Maesan.
14. 예약할 때는 몰랐는데, 묵고 보니 6년전 온 집이다. 2014년쯤 수원대 분쟁으로 해직 첫해에 전국을 걸어다닐 때 이 집에 왔던 것.
14. I did not know at the time of reservation. When I saw the house, I found out that I stayed at this house 6 years ago. It was 2014 when I was fighting with president of Suwon University over school management. I was dismissed from the university and I walked all over the country. At that time, I stayed at this house.
15. 대청마루가 훤하다.
15. From the deck of main hall, it commands a fine view.
16. 하루 묵은 후 전날저녁 합류한 초록교육연대팀과 함께 기념사진.
16. The next day, we took a picture with members of Green Education Network who joined the pilgrimage at previous night.

21. 오늘은 24킬로쯤 걸어야 한다.
21. We have to walk 24 km, today.
22. 아침식사후 형산강을 따라 걷기 시작한다.
22. After breakfast, we walked along Hyeongsan River.

24.형산당은 댐이 없어서 바다물고기도 산란하러 올라온다. 새들도 많이 서식하는 자연생태적 하천이다.
24. Hyeongsan River had no dam. Fish in the sea come back to river to lay eggs. It is an ecologic stream where many birds live at.
25. 다만 수질은 그다지 맑지 못한 편이다. 축산폐수 등 아직 정수시스템에 문제가 있다.
25. The quality of water is not good enough. The wastewater from feedlots are not purified.
26. 둑방길을 오랫동안 걷는다.
26. We walked on the bank along the river.

28. 한참 모를 심고 있는 농부와 이앙기.

28. Lonely farmer is planting rice seedlings with agricultural machine.
With this machine, he can manage wide rice paddy. Recently rice cultivation made a progress on Arabian desert, which was reported by Korea post.

29. 베기 직전의 보리밭. 논에 물을 대지 않는 혼작으로 가려면, 지금쯤 볍씨를 뿌려두고 며칠후 수확때 보리짚을 덮어주는 방식으로 할 수도 있다. 언젠가 한번 실험해보고 싶다.
29. The barley field is waiting for harvest. For the field to keep barley and rice together, the rice seeds must be spread. After a couple of days, the barley is harvested and the barley straws are spread to cover the rice. I would like to try this experiment someday.
30. 정자를 만나 망중한을 즐기는 일행들.

31. 경주시내에 들어오니 이런 왕릉이 곳곳에 있다.
31. After entering into Gyeongju city, I could find such King's tomb from place to place.

33. 원앙같은 느낌의 오리가 쌍으로 헤엄친다.

34. 겨울철 빙판 얼음을 잘라내어 보관했던 석빙고.

36. We walked along the forest road at Wolseong.
37. 최부자댁이 있는 경주 교동의 교촌마을에 도착한다. 멀리 보이는 낙동정맥의 능선들이 인상적이다.
37. We arrived at Gyochon village where Rich Choi is living.
The mountain ridges seen far away was impressive.
38. 밤에 본 첨성대.

39. 숙소인 경주최부자아카데미는 최부자댁 종손 최염회장의 배려로 편안하게 묵었다.
그리고 다음날 아침 최창호이사로부터 강의를 듣는다.
39. We rested at shelter of Rich Choi Academy with comfort which was possible by the care of Elder Choi Yeom.
