26. この時、駅前の小さな広場で筆者が発言する。内容は昨日岐阜駅で発言したものと似ていた。

28. 이때 기자가 인터뷰를 하면서 필자에게 질문한 것은 두가지다. 1)전공이 도시공학인데 어째서 원전반대운동을 하게 되었는가?
2)행진을 운동의 수단으로 삼게 된 이유는 무엇인가?
28. この時、記者がインタビューをしながら筆者に質問したことは2つだ。1)専攻が都市工学なのにどうして原発反対運動をするようになったのか？
2)行進を運動の手段とするようになった理由は何か？
28. During the interview, the reporter asked me two questions. 1) Why did you start the anti-nuclear movement even though your major is urban engineering? 2) What made you decide to march as a means of exercise?

31. 오늘오후의 목적지 사까에 지구에 도착하니 많은 동지가 기다리고 있다.
이때 그 기자의 2번질문을 소개하면서 다음과 같이 발언했다.
"사람의 마음을 움직이는 것은, 지식이나 정보에 의한 설득이 아니라 몸소 행동으로 보여주는 것이다. 땀을 흘리는 모습을 보는 주민들은 스스로 생각할 기회를 갖는다.
한국에서는 두 성공사례가 있다.
10년전 지정된 삼척의 핵발전소예정부지를 해제시키는데 행진이 작용했다. 눈이오나 비가오나 소수의 시민들의 줄기한 행진으로 이를 지켜보는 주민들의 여론이 커지고 강고해진 것이다. 그리하여 수년전 지정해제에 성공한 것이다.
또하나의 성공사례는 2016년경 부산의 노후원전폐기를 위한 행진이었다. 소수의 시민들로 시작한 행진이 반년이상 줄기차게 이어지자 행진가담자가 수백명이 되면서 여야정치인들이 두손 든 것이다."
31. 今日の午後の目的地・栄地区に着くと多くの同志が待っている。
この時、その記者の2番目の質問を紹介しながら次のように発言した。
「人の心を動かすのは、知識や情報による説得ではなく、自ら行動で見せることだ。汗を流す姿を見る住民たちは自分で考えるようになる。
韓国では二つの成功事例がある。
10年前に指定された三陟の原子力発電所予定地を解除するのに行進が効いた。雪が降っても雨が降っても少数の市民たちの絶え間ない行進で、これを見守る住民たちの世論が大きくなり強固になったのだ。それで数年前に指定解除に成功したのだ。
もう一つの成功事例は2016年頃、釜山の老朽化した原発廃棄に向けた行進だった。少数の市民で始まった行進が半年以上続くと、行進参加者が数百人になり、与野党の政治家が両手を上げたのだ」

After starting with a handful of citizens and continuing for more than half a year, the march has grown to hundreds of participants, and politicians from both the ruling and opposition parties gave up."

행진을 마치고 뒷풀이 자리가 있었다. 사진은 미처 찍지 못했지만 내일 기자회견과 강연회의 준비에 대한 이야기를 나누었다.

行進を終えて打ち上げの席があった。 写真はまだ撮れなかったが、明日の記者会見と講演会の準備について話を交わした。
キム·グァンミ様とイ·ドゥヒ様の2人の在日同胞の助けで円滑な通訳が可能だった。
32. After the march, there was an after party. We weren't able to take pictures yet, but we talked about preparations for tomorrow's press conference and lecture. With the help of two Korean -Japanese, Kim Gwang-mi and Lee Doo-hee, the translation went smoothly.
