これを9月11日の日本の国会議事堂到着当日、国会に無事に手渡すことができるように、あらかじめ交渉してきた方々がいる。

18. 지금의 국제사회가 이상하다. 보편가치가 존중되던 냉전시절과는 다르다. 소련붕괴이후 미국에게도 변화가 있었다.

필자의 행진과 호응하기 위해서 후쿠시마의 동지들이 9월6일부터 11일까지 행동에 나선다. 필자의 1600km행진소식도 홍보하면서 행동한다고 한다. 11일에는 도쿄에서 함께 행동할 것이다.
20. 「海は生命の源だ」
筆者の行進に呼応するために、福島の同志が9月6日から11日まで行動に乗り出す。筆者の1600kmの行進のニュースも広報しながら行動するという。11日には東京で一緒に行動する。

트럼프인들 이 생명의 바다를 지켜줄 것 같지는 않다. 견제되지 않은 권력은 남용되기 마련이다. 지금 미국자체가 지구촌에 위협이 되고 있다.
최근 한국의 전 법무부장관 추미애씨는 일본의 핵기지국가 가능성을 제기하면서 다음과 같이 논파한다.
トランプ氏らがこの生命の海を守ってくれるとは思えない。牽制されない権力は乱用されるものだ。今、米国自体が地球村に脅威となっている。
最近韓国の前法務部長官のチュ･ミエ氏は、日本の核基地国家の可能性を提起し、次のように論破している。

チュ･ミエ前長官が自身の情報網を通して、日本の核汚染水放出の下心を把握し、次のような主張を自身のフェイスブックに繰り広げたことを紹介します。(上図の訳)

그에 의하면 지금 미국은 중국을 견제하려고 일본을 잠재적 핵무장국가 혹은 핵기지국가로 전환하는 것을 꾀한다는 것이다
하지만 그것이 어느정도 사실이라면 이상하기 짝이 없는 방향이다. 미국은 일본을 그런 방향으로 유도하지 않고도 중국을 견제할 방법은 얼마든지 있다. 일본이 핵무장한다는 것은 지구촌으로서는 돌이킬 수 없는 길을 가는 것이다.
지금 한국은 일시적으로 이상한 자가 대통령 자리에 있어서 그렇지, 반세기 넘게 한반도비핵화를 추구하여 왔다. 미국과 대립중인 북한의 실질적 핵보유는 전쟁억지 역할밖에 못한다.
하지만 엄청난 양의 플루토늄을 보유한 일본이 핵무장의 길을 갈 경우는 다르다. 한국도 핵을 가지지 않을 수 없다. 그렇게 되면 너도나도 모든 나라가 핵을 가지려 할 것이다. 지구촌 모두가 위기에 빠진다.
이미 자살적인 핵지뢰밭을 자국내에 수십군데 설치한 한일 양국은 새로운 핵무기장착이 별 의미가 없다. 우크라이나 자포리자원전에서 보듯 재래식 무기만으로 공격당해도 핵피해를 입을 정도이니 핵무기를 가져봤자 상호견제적 위력도 갖추지 못한다.
일본이 그동안 실패를 거듭해온 로카쇼무라를 다시 무리를 해서라도 가동하고 플로토늄 재처리와 그 핵오염수 배출을 기정사실화하려는 것은 의미도 없을 뿐더러 실로 지구촌에 엄청난 파장을 부를 것이다.
이 대목에서, 미국이 그동안 지속해오던 핵우산정책에 정말로 변화가 있는 것인지 궁금하지 않을 수 없다. 만에 하나 미국대통령이 오판하고 있다면, 이를 방치할 수 없다.

しかし、膨大な量のプルトニウムを保有している日本が核武装の道を行く場合は違う。
韓国も核を持たないわけにはいかない。そうなると、だれもかれもすべての国が核を持とうとする。地球村のすべてが危機におちいる。
すでに自殺的な核地雷原(原発)を自国内に数十カ所設置している韓日両国は、新しい核兵器の装着はあまり意味がない。ウクライナのザポリージャ原発で見られるように、通常兵器で攻撃を受けても核被害を被るほどだから、核武器を持っても相互牽制的な威力も備えることはできない。
日本がこの間、失敗を繰り返してきた六ヶ所村をまた無理をしてでも稼働し、プルトニウムの再処理とその汚染水の排出を既定事実化しようとすることは意味もないだけでなく、実に地球村に大きな波紋を呼ぶだろう。
この部分で、アメリカが続けてきた核の傘政策に本当に変化があるのか気がかりだ。万が一、米大統領が誤判しているなら、これを放置することはできない。
