I am finally steamed! It seems I had to verify my identity before being able to be excellent. I did it following another cafe’s tutorial, by downloading Kakao Talk, contacting customer service telling them I needed to verify my identity. They asked for screen shots showing my account and settings and the identity verification requirement. I included my Melon ticket as well. Then they asked for a blacked out image of my passport that only showed my name, birthday, and gender. Within a couple of days (and after waiting 86 days) I finally was excellent.
