아파트 가격을 하락 시키려면
우리나라는 특이하게 아파트 가 도심지에 많이 있습니다
이 아파트가 도시에 많은 이유는 70년대 국민들이 자가용이 없고 이동 수단이 적을 때 만들어 놓은 개발제한(그린벨트)제도로 도시가 퍼져나가지 못하니까
도심 내에서 고층아파트가 만들어질 수밖에 없었습니다
요즘은 대부분의 집에 자가용이 있고 지하철도 GTX로 변해가는 시대로 도심 주변에 개인주택이나 전원주택 타운하우스 등을 짓고 살면서 충분한 이동 수단이 있는데도 불구하고 개발 제한으로 개발을 묶어놓아 주택을 건설할 곳이 없으니 아파트 가격이 오를 수밖에 없다고 생각합니다
도시가 커져 나가면 일부는 공원으로 조성하여 녹지공간을 만들면 되지만 무조건 개발 제한으로 묶어 놓는 것은 경제적인 손해가 너무 크다고 생각합니다
그리고 요즘은 스마트폰 시대로 직장을 출근 안 하고 도심 주변 전원주택에 살며 사무실 겸해서 컴퓨터로 일하는 젊은 사람들도 많습니다
이렇게 시대가 첨단화로 변하며 도시가 커져 나가는 것에는 문제가 없는데 옛날에 만들어 놓은 개발 제한 제도로 주택이나 아파트 건축할 곳이 부족하니 거주 비용이 높아지고 주변 사무실 건축비도 커져 경제 성장에 장애물로 전락하여
일본은 이러한 도시지역 주변 개발 제한 제도를 모두 풀었더니 소규모 회사들이 많아지고 직업이 많아져 20·30대가 대학교를 졸업만 하더라도 2ㅡ3곳 회사에서 합격 통지서가 올 정도로 일자리가 늘어났습니다
그래서 젊은 20·30대 일할 사람이 부족하여 우리나라 젊은 사람들이 해마다 수만 명이 일본으로 가서 일자리를 찾아 사는 것으로 알고 있습니다
이러면 우리나라에서 교육해 좋은 인재들을 외국으로 빼앗기는데 이 70년대 만들어 놓은 개발 제한 제도가 크게 역활을 하는 것을 윤석열 정부는 검토해서 아파트 가격 하락이나 일자리를 늘리는 것에 개발 제한 제도를 푸는 것을 우선 진행 시키며 주택공급을 늘려야 된다고 생각합니다

When Japan lifted all of these restrictions on development around urban areas, the number of small companies and more jobs increased to the point where two or three companies in their 20s and 30s received acceptance notices even after graduating from university
Therefore, it is known that tens of thousands of young people go to Japan every year to find jobs because there are not enough young people to work in their 20s and 30s
The Yoon Seok-yeol administration should consider the development restriction system, which was established in the 1970s, and lift the development restriction system by lowering apartment prices and increasing jobs
