차기 대통령은 이 문제를 해결하는 분이 성공할 듯
요즘 젊은 사람들 일자리가 없다고 합니다
하지만 지방에는 일자리가 있지만 젊은 사람들이 문화시설이나 자녀교육을 위하여 수도권이나 대도심 주변에서 일자리를 찾고 있습니다
수도권이나 대도심 주변은 그린벨트나 농지법으로 땅이 묶여있어 공장이나 회사를 건립할 땅이 거의 없는 것으로 알고 있습니다
최근 농지법이 바뀌며 경지정리된 농림지역에 돈 많은 사람들이 600ㅡ1000평등 단 필지는 외지인이 농사를 목적으로 매수하기 위하여 농지취득자격증은 시에 신청하면 발급이 되지만 경지정리된 농림지역을 돈 없는 서민들이 20ㅡ50평등 지분으로 작은 땅을 외지인이 주말농장을 하려고 농지취득자격증을 시에 신청하면 발급이 안되도록 법이 바뀐 것으로 알고 있습니다
이렇게 논밭이 묶여 있으니 공장과 회사 건립이 어려워 일자리가 만들어질 근본 토대가 없다고 생각합니다
예를들면 일본의 아베 정부 시절에는 이러한 대도심 주변의 개발이 불가능한 것을 다 풀어서 공장과 회사들의 건립을 쉽게 만들어 놓으니 일자리가 많아져 대학교를 졸업만 하면 무조건 취업자리가 2ㅡ3 곳은 만들어진 것으로 알고 있습니다 하지만 일본은 일자리는 많아졌는데 젊은 사람이 없어 우리나라 대졸자 중 일본으로 취업을 돌리는 학생들이 1년이면 수만 명인 것으로 알고 있습니다
이렇게 수도권과 지방 대도심 주변이
묶여 있는 그린벨트를 풀고 농림지역을 계획관리지역으로 전환시키며 기타 규제를 확실하게 풀어 젊은 사람들의 일자리를 만드는 것의 근본 토대를 만드는 것에 관심 있는 차기 대통령 후보가 있다면 성공한 정부가 될 것으로 예상됩니다
