당신의 풍부한 자원으로 내 섬김의 가난함을 채워주옵소서

돌볼 사람이 더 없는 것처럼 나를 돌보시는 자비하신 하나님, 나를 돌보심같이 모든 사람들을 돌보시는 하나님, 나의 필요를 돌보시고 내가 속한 이 세상 모든 이의 필요를 위해 간구합니다.
하나님, 당신의 자비 안에서 나를 기억하시고 당신의 은혜로 지켜주옵소서. 당신이 나에게 맡겨주신 달란트를 오늘 제대로 사용하지 못한 것을 용서해 주옵소서. 당신의 풍부한 자원으로 내 섬김의 가난함을 채워주옵소서. 날이 감에 따라 당신의 도움으로 내가 강건하여 지기를 허락하셔서, 내 섬김이 가치 있고 내 죄가 덜 무거워지게 하옵소서. 그리스도께서 더욱 더 내 마음을 지배하시고 내 행위를 깨끗하게 해 주옵소서.
모든 사람들을 당신의 자비 안에서 기억하옵소서. 온 땅이 당신을 향한 찬송으로 가득차고 당신 이름의 지식으로 기뻐하게 하옵소서. 모든 사람들이 당신의 놀라운 위대하심을 느끼게 하옵소서. 모든 나라들이 당신을 두려워하게 하옵소서. 당신의 영광이 모든 법정과 장터를 지배하게 하옵소서. 당신의 법이 모든 집에서 존귀하게 하옵소서. 오 하나님, 세상의 생명을 구원하시고, 거룩한 십자가의 능력을 통해 변화시켜 주옵소서.
당신이 기뻐하시는 목적을 이루기 위해 연약한 인간의 노력도 이용하시는 주님, 그들의 삶을 이 땅의 복음화를 위해 헌신하는 사람들을 위해 기도합니다. 외국에서 사역하는 모든 선교사들을 위해서, 특별히 ........를 위해 기도합니다. 국가 간의 평화와 이해를 위해 일하는 모든 사람들을 위해 기도합니다. 유대인과 이방인, 얽매인 자와 자유로운 자 사이의 나누인 벽을 부수고 그리스도 예수 안에서 하나가 되도록 힘쓰는 모든 사람들을 위해서 기도합니다. 그들을 당신의 임재의 즐거움으로 격려하옵소서: 그들의 수고를 격려하고 후원하려는 나의 절박한 욕망에 불을 붙여주시옵소서. 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 기도하옵나이다. 아멘.
O God of mercy, who so carest for me as if Thou hadst none else to care for, yet carest for all even as Thou carest for me, I commend to Thee my own needs but also the needs of all this world of men to which I belong.
Remember me in Thy mercy, O God, and keep me by Thy grace. Forgive the scanty use I have made to-day of the talents Thou hast entrusted to my keeping. Cover up the poverty of my service by the fullness of Thine own divine resource. Yet grant also that, as day succeeds day, I may be so strengthened by Thy help that my service may grow less unworthy and my sins less grievous. May Christ more and more reign in my heart and purify my deeds.
Remember also in Thy mercy all the sons of men. Let the whole earth be filled with Thy praise and made glad by the knowledge of Thy name. Let there fall upon all mankind a sense of Thine excellent greatness. Let the nations fear Thee. Let Thy glory rule over every court and market-place. Let Thy law be honoured in every home. Redeem the whole world's life, O God, and transform it utterly through the power of the Holy Cross.
O Thou who dost graciously condescend to use poor human efforts towards the attainment of Thy blessed purpose, I pray for all who are devoting their lives to the evangelization of the world. I pray for all missionaries in foreign lands, especially .... I pray for all who are working in the cause of peace and understanding between the nations, and for all who are striving to break down the dividing walls between Jew and Gentile, bond and free, and to make all one in Christ Jesus. Encourage them with the joy of Thy presence; and kindle in me the urgent desire to further and support their labours as far as in me lies; through Jesus Christ. Amen.
