필리핀에서 한국이나 다른 나라의 프로젝트로 지난 수년간 육성 했던 지역들을 견학 할 수 있도록 지역을 미리 파악한다. 그리고 그 지역에 갈 때에 기관들의 협력을 구한다. 이런 예시처럼 선진 견학지역을 많이 준비한다.
