제품 품질 개선을 위해 technical support를 제공해주는 업무입니다. 해당 포지션은 데이터 분석 및 이슈 해결을 통하여 제품 품질 (Product Quality)를 개선합니다.
Production Support Engineer 및 Supplier Quality Engineer와의 협업을 통하여 부적합 자재 처리 및 원인 분석을 진행하게 됩니다.
[Key responsibilities include]
불량 및 불량 process에 대한 ownership
불량 데이터에 대한 분석, CAPA 진행 및 기록 보관
협력업체 관련 불량 follow-up을 위한 Supplier Quality와의 협력
제품 품질 이슈 관련 원인 분석, 트렌드 파악, 유관부서와의 communication
부적합 자재 inventory 관리
Problem Solving Report에 대한 ownership
Validation 및 Verification (V&V)를 통한 compliance
[Qualifications]

[Description]
Provide technical support to improve product quality. This position will focus on product quality through data analysis and issue resolution. This person will be responsible for driving the non-conforming material process and root cause investigation through coordination with Production Support Engineers and Supplier Quality Engineers.
[Key responsibilities include]
Ownership of the NCR and MRB processes
Lead analysis of defect data and CAPA creation / resolution and maintain records as specified by the GEHC quality system
Interface with Supplier Quality on supplier related defects
Conduct root cause analysis on product quality issues, identify trends, and communicate with SQEs, Engineering, PSEs, and feeder plants through SABRE for resolution.
Reduction of MRB and non-conforming material inventory
Ownership of PSRs and PQRs
Ensure compliance through validation and verification (V&V)
Position may or may not manage employees
[Qualifications]
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or HS diploma and 6 years of product quality/supply chain experience Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes Good English skills Strong communication skills, verbal and written Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, Minitab, etc Interest in Medical Devices Analytical skills for problem solving
Preferred Qualifications:
Green Belt Certified Lean manufacturing experience Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams Demonstrated analytical, process management skills Knowledge of electronic circuits and mechanical parts
