1. 다음 중 문법적으로 틀린곳을 고르시오.

답은 2번인데요 답은 알겠는데요. 3번이 왜 are 인지 잘 모르겠네요.주어가 one 이니깐 is 아닌가요? 설명 부탁드릴게요

one, all, most, some, half, a lot(lots), part, the rest, the bulk, percent, 분수 + of + 명사 이때는 of 뒤의 명사에 동사를 수일치 시킵니다. one of the ~~ users 이므로 복수동사 are 가 맞습니다.
