I have several habits that help me in my daily life. Every morning, I wake up early and get ready for school. I also try to study every day, even if it is only for a short time. This habit helps me understand my lessons better.
Another habit I have is exercising regularly. I enjoy staying active because it keeps me healthy and gives me more energy. In my free time, I like to read books or listen to music to relax.
Of course, I also have a bad habit. Sometimes I spend too much time on my phone instead of doing my homework. I know this is not a good habit, so I am trying to use my time more wisely.
