July 2010 CA Bar Prediction (Essays) and Trend (MBE, PT)

Since Contracts, Remedies, Constitution, Partnership, PR, CP, Trust appeared, in Feb 2010, this time, I think more MBE subjects will appear.

People use PBMR, Barbri, and/or Emanuel's strategies and tactics (paper), For on-line, Adaptibar or Micromash is used.

Recently, on-line practice program was developed (Barexamdoctor.com).(You have to type).

<Essay>

For online practice, bargrader.com is famous (You ahe to type). (For the essays that people wrote, baressays.com is famous. However, I think CBX website materials are "enough" (above 75) Cf. 1) sometimes there are wrong, conflicting answers 2) some answers are too long. But the benefit outweighs.

* I think Barbri is enough. Add CBX website (calbar.ca.gov/admissions) materials if time allows. Plus, for MBE, you might want to shoot for 140 raw. In that case, you can add PMBR and/or Emanuel strategies book.
