아래 내용을 확인 하신 후 협조 부탁드립니다.
비공개 스케줄 및 사적인 공간 방문 금지
- 팬클럽 참여가 허가되지 않은 비공개 스케줄(스케줄러에 명시되어 있지 않는 스케줄) 현장 방문 및 기다리는 행위를 삼가 주시기 바랍니다.
- 소속사, 숙소(해외 스케줄 숙소 포함), 샵, 주차장 등 사적인 공간에 찾아오실 수 없습니다.
(팬클럽 담당자와의 사전 조율을 통한 서포트 전달 목적 제외)
공항 에티켓
- 고의적으로 아티스트의 항공 관련 정보를 알아내어 동일 항공편을 이용하는 시도나 행위를 삼가 주시기 바랍니다.
- 공항 내 이동 시, 아티스트에게 대화 시도, 선물 및 편지 전달, 지나친 밀착 등의 행위를 삼가 주시기 바랍니다.
드림캐쳐 스태프 및 국내외 경호팀의 제지에도 불구하고 반복적인 행위를 할 경우
드림캐쳐 팬클럽 활동에 제지를 받을 수 있으니 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.
(아티스트에게 편지 및 선물을 직접 전달 시, 현장 스태프가 회수 처리할 예정이니 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.)
- 티켓팅 이후 공항 내부는 공항 법규상 촬영이 금지되어 있는 공간입니다.
공항 내 면세구역 및 보안 통과 구역, 라운지, 수화물 수취 구역, 비행기 내부 등 출국 심사 이후 출입국 장 내 모든 공간 촬영을 금지합니다.
공항은 많은 분들이 이용하시는 공간입니다. 공항 내 다른 이용객분들께 불편을 드리는 사례가 발생하지 않도록 팬 여러분들의 협조 부탁드립니다.
위의 사항들이 발각될 경우 드림캐쳐 팬클럽 활동에 제지를 받을 수 있으니 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.
출·퇴근 에티켓
- 출·퇴근 시에는 지나친 밀착 및 멤버 사이로 지나가기, 선물 전달 등 다칠 위험성이 있는 행위는 금하오니 적정 거리 유지를 부탁드립니다.
- 아티스트에게 전달할 편지나 선물은 꼭! 팬 매니저 혹은 매니저에게 전달하여 주시기 바랍니다.
- 아티스트가 탑승한 차량에 밀착하는 행위, 차도에 뛰어드는 행위, 차 안으로 선물을 던지는 행위 등 안전상 문제가
될 수 있는 행위는 삼가주시기 바랍니다.
- 차량에 붙어 내부를 촬영하는 등의 행동을 금합니다.
촬영 금지 구역에서의 촬영
- 팬클럽 석이 제공되는 공개방송을 비롯한 촬영이 금지된 장소에서 사진 또는 동영상 촬영 및 녹음, 라이브 스트리밍
적발 시 장비 압수 및 데이터 삭제 후 강제 퇴장 조치 예정이니 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.
장비 압수 시 발생하는 기기 파손 및 분실에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.
(메모리 카드는 삭제 후 압수될 수 있습니다.)
- 방송국 등 촬영 금지 구역에서 촬영 및 녹음 적발 시,
아티스트와 팬클럽에 직접적인 피해를 끼칠 수 있으니 위 사항을 반드시 숙지하여 주시기 바랍니다.

경고 1회 시, 공식 카페 내 실명 게시 (사이트 계정 있을 시 사이트명 공개)
경고 2회 시, 공식 카페 내 실명 게시 (사이트 계정 있을 시 사이트명 공개) / 드림캐쳐 관련 온 오프라인 이벤트 참여 불가
(비활동기일 경우 다음 앨범 동안 진행되는 드림캐쳐 관련 온 오프라인 이벤트 참여 불가)
경고 3회 시, 공식 카페 내 실명 게시 (사이트 계정 있을 시 사이트명 공개) / 드림캐쳐 스케줄 및 공식 팬카페 관련 모든 활동 영구 정지 조치
* 영구 정지되는 경우가 아니라면, 앨범 활동이 끝난 후 경고 리스트도 리셋되는 점 착오 없으시길 바랍니다.
* 팬클럽 에티켓 공지에 위반되는 내용 적발 시 신분증(이름, 연락처, 생년월일) 확인 요청을 드릴 예정입니다.
참고해 주시기 바랍니다.
* 공지로 서술되지 않는 상황일지라도 스태프의 판단하에 경고 조치될 수 있으며,
패널티 범위는 경우에 따라 포괄적으로 적용될 수 있음을 알려드립니다.
Restrictions on Private Schedules and Private Space Visits
- We kindly request that you refrain from visiting undisclosed schedules (schedules not explicitly provided by the scheduler) without
authorization to participate from the fan club.
- You are not allowed to visit private spaces such as agency premises, accommodations (including accommodations for overseas schedules),
shops, parking lots, etc.
(Excluding support arrangements made through prior coordination with fan club personnel)
Airport Etiquette
- We kindly request that you refrain from intentionally seeking out the artist's flight information in order to attempt or engage in the same
flight.
- While moving within the airport premises, we ask that you avoid actions such as attempting to engage the artist in conversation,
delivering gifts or letters, or excessively close proximity. Despite the prohibitions imposed by Dreamcatcher staff and domestic/international
security teams, continued engagement in such behaviors may result in restrictions on Dreamcatcher fan club activities.
We urge you to exercise caution. (If you attempt to directly deliver letters or gifts to the artist, please note that on-site staff will collect and
handle them appropriately.)
- Following ticketing, please be aware that the interior of the airport is designated as a no-photography zone according to airport regulations.
Photography is prohibited in all areas of the departure and arrival terminals after security checks, including duty-free zones,
security clearance areas, lounges, baggage claim zones, and inside the aircraft.
Airports are frequented by many individuals, and we kindly request the cooperation of fans to ensure that their actions do not cause
inconvenience to other passengers.
In the event that any violations of the above guidelines are discovered, please note that there may be restrictions imposed on Dreamcatcher fan club activities. We urge you to exercise caution and comply with these instructions.
Commute Etiquette
- During arrivals and departures, we strictly prohibit actions that pose a risk of harm, such as excessive crowding, passing between members,
or attempting to hand over gifts. We kindly request that you maintain an appropriate distance.
- If you have letters or gifts to give to the artists, please make sure to deliver them to the fan manager or staff.
- It is important to avoid actions that could compromise safety, such as crowding around the vehicle the artist is in, running onto the road,
or attempting to throw gifts into the vehicle.
- Actions such as closely following vehicles or attempting to film inside them are not allowed.
Photography in Restricted Areas
- Taking photographs, recording videos or audio, and live streaming are strictly prohibited in places where photography is restricted,
including public broadcasts provided for the fan club.
If such actions are discovered, your equipment will be confiscated, and data will be deleted. You will also be subject to enforced exit from the
premises. Please exercise caution.
Please be aware that we will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of equipment that occurs during the confiscation process.
(Note that memory cards may be seized after data deletion.)
- In restricted areas such as broadcasting stations where photography and recording are prohibited, capturing images or audio could directly
harm both the artist and the fan club. We strongly urge you to fully comprehend and adhere to the aforementioned guidelines to prevent
any negative impact on both parties. Your cooperation in this regard is highly appreciated.
Penalties
1st Warning: Real name posting on official fan cafe (If applicable, disclosure of the website/account name)
2nd Warning: Real name posting on official fan cafe (If applicable, disclosure of the website/account name) /
Ineligibility for participation in all Dreamcatcher-related online and offline events (If inactive, ineligibility for participation in Dreamcatcher-related online and offline events during the next album promotion period)
3rd Warning: Real name posting on official fan cafe (If applicable, disclosure of the website/account name) / Permanent suspension from all Dreamcatcher-related activities, including schedules and official fan cafe engagement.
*Unless a permanent suspension occurs, please make sure that the warning list is reset after the album activities are completed.
*Additionally, in case of violations of the fan club etiquette notice, we may request verification of your identity (name, contact information, date of birth). Please be aware of this requirement.
*Please keep in mind that even in situations not explicitly covered in the notice, warnings may be issued based on the staff's judgment. The range of penalties is comprehensive and can be applied as appropriate in each circumstance.
