you can check that on the last line of the level up option ((( the first one is to send your application, the second one not so sure but if you've been rejected then on the 3rd one your post should be )))

does anyone has a proper guide how to level up. I tried, but to be honest I don't even know what I did wrong. I really want to level up, but it seems too complicated for me as I don't speak Korean :(

it depends, I once sent one and the next day it was rejected but the last time I sent one it took exactly 7 days, it's never longer than that.

have you written it in korean or english ¿? I think their names and everything you can write in korean instead of english would be better.. that was the main problem for me, I wrote everything I could in korean besides my name, country & daum id this time and leveled up.
