Good looking is very important for the first time to face other people.
People who have an appearance complex are stressed their looking.
Because sharp, severe, strict, violent or dim, dazzled looking gives other negative impress and it can be solved plastic surgery.
It might be solved his self-efforts for example changing facial-expression, attitude but It has limitation. Thus I agree cosmetic surgery which can give people confidence and self-satisfaction.
I have rounded body and dislike my small eyes. Therefore I want to become slim body and to have big eyes if I can operate surgery. It might cost \800,000 to my eyes and \8,000,000~10,000,000 to my body.
But I like myself. Even though I have what one does not like but I is also part of myself and my individualities. And to get without effort, it can be easy to lose. I will be slimmer with diet and exercise.
