things to do during Chusek
My grandmother recently moved into a new house. So distant relations
had difficulty in finding grandmother's house. As they arrived in the house
after a good while, I and our family introduced the new house to them. Then,
they were busy in watching with interest. Thus, they seemed to come to
housewarming party.
On the other hand, Uncle brought a puppy that was born in Jindo Island
that is famous for 'Jindo Dog'. The puppy was pure-blooded, white and meek like
a lamb. Besides, It was unique for the dog to has a double eyelid. I often took
a walk for the dog around a garden.
At a moonlight night, I went to 'Moonlight Festival' that was held in Dang-dong.
In the Festival, invited singers and inhabitants sang some trots in a passionate
tone. I had a drink with acquaintances in the main pavilion. Moreover, I was
beside myself with joy because I had the luck to win the lottery. I was very
plentiful in body and mind during Chusek.
