거기서 보니까 철도건설을 단축키로 하더라고요
province고르고 r눌러 건설하고 ','키 눌러서 다음 province고르고 다시 r키 ...
그나마 조금 편한거같습니다.

Ctrl + 1-9 Assign a quick key to a unit
1-9 Select a unit previously assigned a quick key. Pressing the key again will centre the map on the unit.
G Merge selected units. Units must be located in the same province.
S Split a unit in two equal units
Page Up / Page Down Cycle through your units.
U Unload units from a sea transport.
