호국의 별빛

태극기가 바람에 펄럭이는 유월의 하늘 아래
조국을 위해 산화한 이름들 별이 되어 빛나는
그들의 숨결이 총성 멎은 들녘에도 살아 있어
오늘의 평화를 조용히 지켜보고 있는 우리나라
나라 사랑은 마치 먼 곳에 있지 않는 것처럼 `
내가 선 땅을 아끼고 이웃을 품는 마음가득한
호국선열들이 흘리신 땀과 눈물 위에 우뚝선
희망의 내일울 세우고 있는 한결같은 애국정신
기억하는 마음이 곧 감사의 꽃이 되는 나날
고맙게 여기는 정신 애국의 씨앗이 되는 풍경
그 뜻을 가슴 깊이 새겨보는 호국보훈의 달
대한민국의 밝은 미래 함께 열어 가고픈 여정
