<이 축이 만일 연결됐더라면- If the connections for this axis are made>

천지를 창조한 하나님은 어떠한 분이냐? 지극히 선한 분이요, 모든 만물의 근본이 되는 분이요, 사랑의 주체입니다.

그렇기 때문에 하나님은 천지만물을 창조한 후 온 우주의 귀한 모든 것을 인간에게 주고 싶어 했습니다.

하나님은 자신이 참으로 믿을 수 있고, 사랑할 수 있고, 모든 것을 맡길 수 있는 사람이 있으면 제일 귀한 것을 고스란히 넘겨주고 싶어 합니다.

하나님이 우리 아버지라면 아들딸을 짓는 데에 있어서 시시하게 만들고, 못하게 만들고 싶지 않았을 것이 틀림없습니다.

하나님은 인간을 전지전능한 하나님과 같은 동등한 자리요, 동위(同位)의 자리에 설 수 있게 만드셨기 때문에 우리의 양심은 최고의 것을 희망하는 것입니다. (53-216)

하나님이 절대적인 분이시라면 그 절대적인 분이 왜 인간을 지었느냐?

돈 때문에 지은 것도 아니요, 지식 때문에 지은 것도 아니요, 권력 때문에 지은 것도 아닙니다.

하나님의 사랑을 느낄 수 있는 단 하나의 길이기 때문에 인간을 지으셨습니다.

이런 관점에서 볼 때, 하나님은 아버지이고 인간은 아들딸이라는 것이 하나의 축을 이루는 것입니다.

이 축이 만일 연결됐더라면, 인간과 하나님이 사랑으로 일체된 관계를 그 어떤 것이 작용하더라도 절대 뗄 수 없다는 것입니다.

What kind of being is God, the Cre­ator of heaven and earth? He is a being of utmost goodness, the root of all things, and the Lord of love.

Therefore, after creating heaven and earth, He wanted to give all the precious things in the whole universe to humankind. 

If there is someone whom God can truly believe in, love, and entrust every­thing to, He will want to pass the most precious things on to him in their entire­ty. (13-247, 1964.4.12)

If God is our Father, He could not have wanted to create us as mediocre or incompetent creatures.

As He created us to stand in an equal position, at the same level, as the all-knowing and all-powerful God, our conscience seeks the highest and best. (53-224, 1972.2.28)

If God is the Absolute Being, why did that absolute being create human beings?

It was not for the sake of mon­ey, knowledge or power.

He created man because it was the only way He could feel love.

From this point of view, God as the Father and human beings as His sons and daughters form an axis.

If the connections for this axis are made, abso­lutely nothing can sever the relation­ship of loving oneness between God and humankind. (137-57, 1985.12.18)
