Transfer Notice

3월말 웍퍼밋까지 네브라스카에서 받았습니다.

그런데 9월24일자로 캘리포니아로 transfer 했다는 메일이 왔습니다.

그냥 기다리면 되는 건지 뭔가 복잡해지는 건지 조금 불안합니다.

내용은

This is to notify you that we have transferred the above application or petiton to the USCIS office at:

   California Service Center, 2nd 24000 Avila Road, Launa Niguel, CA 92607-0111

We transferred this case becaus the record indicated that office has jurisdiction over the case. That office

will notify you of subsequent action taken on this case.

Please read the following information before attemptin to contact the National Customer Serevice Center fof

an update.

Please refer to the USCIS processing dates webpage, via the USCIS home webpage http:www.gov/graphics/index.htm, to locate the processing dates for the specific service center that your case was fransferred to. If the service center is within processing time for your particular application or petiton, USCIS cannot

provide an update on your case. If the service center is outside of processing time for your particular application or petition, please call customer Service at 1-800-375-5283  to request an updates.

Please contact the Premium Processing phone mumber at 1-866-315-5718 for inquiries. The 15-day Primium

Processing clock does not thart until the correct office receive the application or petition.

저와 똑같은 notice이며 네브라스카에서 캘리포니아 센터 이전으로 상황이 똑같은 것 같습니다. 전도여행을 가족과 함께 오랫동안 하고 미국에 입국한지 다음 날 서류가 이전됐다고 이메일이 왔었습니다. 이 카페의 변호사님은 I-360 재심사가 있을 것으로 조심스럽게 예상한다고 하더군요. 저의 변호사님은 단순히 서류가 이전된 것이라고만 말하더군요. 혹시 저처럼 장기로 해외여행을 한 적이 있는지요?

장기여행한적은 없습니다. 그리고 2007년 3월에 종교비자 연장 건으로 실사를 나왔었습니다. 교회는 건물이 있고, 재정은 70-80만불 됩니다. ㅣ-360 으로 실사는 나오지 않았습니다. 혹시 ㅣ-360때 실사를 받으셨는지요?
