[유의사항]

[Participation Guideline]
① Visit one of the IU HBD CAFE during the event period.
② Check the waiting system and pre-register.
③ Enter within 10 minutes after you receive the entry notification.
- You must arrive within 10 minutes after you receive the entry notification. Your waiting will be automatically canceled if you fail to arrive.
④ Verify your <UAENA> 8th membership in the Berriz application, present your <UAENA> 8th digital membership card and receive your drink and special gift.
[Caution]
- Drinks and special gifts are only available after verification of UAENA 8th membership. Verification must be completed by presenting either the digital membership card in the Berriz app or the physical membership card.
- For digital membership verification, screenshots will not be accepted. You must present the actual membership card screen within the app.
- During pre-registration for waiting, only one phone number per person may be used across all participating locations. Multiple registrations using one number or one person registering with multiple numbers is not allowed. However, re-registration is possible if the previous waiting registration has been canceled.
- Pre-registration for waiting opens 1 hour and 30 minutes before each cafe opens. Any unofficial waiting lines formed beforehand will not be recognized, and the organizer/operator will not be responsible for any issues arising from them.
- Drinks and gifts are limited in quantity and may run out early. (Please check notices in the Berriz IU Community and the official Daum Fan Cafe for updates on early sell-outs.)
- Please check for any missing or defective gifts immediately upon receipt. Exchanges or re-distribution will not be possible afterward.

- Only pre-selected standby participants may enter in the event of vacant seats on the day of the event.
- Standby participants must wait in the designated area and will be admitted sequentially according to the assigned number announced beforehand. If absent when called, the opportunity will automatically pass to the next person. Please note that entry may not be possible if no vacant seats become available.
- This event is only open to participants aged 15 or older (born before May 17, 2011). Applicants under the age limit will be excluded.

[Entry & Viewing Guidelines]
- Tickets will be provided only to selected winners, limited to one ticket per person. Identity verification and fan club membership verification will be conducted on-site.
- Entry will not be permitted if the applicant information and attendee information do not match, or if participants fail to follow staff instructions.
- Seats will be assigned randomly on-site. Seat selection or exchanges are not permitted.
- Any fraudulent activities such as ticket duplication, forgery, transfer, resale, or online distribution will result in immediate removal from the event and may lead to legal action in accordance with applicable laws. The organizer/operator will not be held responsible for such issues, and future participation in IU offline events may also be restricted.

- Live streaming during the mini fan meeting or screening event is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the venue.

[参与方式]
① 活动期间到任意 IU HBD CAFE 门店参与活动。
② 请确认现场等候系统后进行预约登记。
③ 收到入场通知后，请于10分钟内完成入场。
- 若未能在10分钟内到场，排队资格将自动取消。
④ 于 Berriz APP 中确认《UAENA》8期会员资格，出示《UAENA》8期电子会员卡后领取饮品及特别礼物。
[注意事项]
- 饮品及特别礼物仅限完成 UAENA 8期会员认证后领取。认证时需出示 Berriz APP 内电子会员卡或实体会员卡。
- 出示电子会员卡时 ，不接受截图，仅限出示 APP 内实际会员卡页面。
- 等候登记时，每人仅可使用一个手机号于所有活动场地进行登记。禁止一个号码重复登记或同一人使用多个号码登记。但若之前的等待登记已取消，则可重新登记。
- 排队预登记将于各咖啡厅营业前1小时30分钟开放。任何非官方排队均不被认可，因相关行为产生的问题主办/运营方概不承担责任 。
- 饮品及礼物数量有限，可能提前结束发放。（请通过 Berriz IU 社区及官方 Daum Fan Cafe 确认提前结束通知。）
- 请于领取礼物时立即确认是否存在缺漏或瑕疵，离场后将无法进行更换或补发。

- 参与资格：从年满15周岁以上（2011年5月17日前出生）的 IU 官方粉丝俱乐部 UAENA 8期会员中随机抽选285名（另含10名候补人员）
- 报名方式：通过报名链接申请（报名表将于公告时间准时开放）
└ 未按照正确格式或时间提交的申请将不被受理。即使报名页面提前开放，也必须在正式报名期间内提交。
- 需填写信息： [姓名 / 联系方式 / 邮箱 / 出生日期 / 提问]
└ 请务必准确填写申请表中的个人信息，若中奖后现场核对信息不一致，可能会被限制入场。
└ 请在提问栏中自由填写想听IU对《Perfect Crown》相关场景进行评论的片段及理由。
（例：“IU在Instagram上上传的与Byeon Wooseok一起拍摄的舞蹈Reels一共NG了几次呢？”，“剧中Huiju的服装真的很多样，有没有特别印象深刻或最喜欢的造型呢？”等）

[报名须知]
- 仅限 IU Official Fan Club <UAENA> 8期会员报名。
- 中选方式为随机抽选，并非先到先得。
- 每人仅可报名一次，请确认日程及详情后再申请。
- 仅限事前公布的候补人员可于现场出现空位时按顺序入场 。
- 候补人员需于指定区域等待，并按事前公布的号码顺序依次入场。叫号时若不在场，将自动顺延至下一位。若无空位产生，则可能无法入场。
- 本活动仅限15周岁以上（2011年5月17日前出生）参与，未达年龄限制者将自动取消资格。
- 报名即视为同意个人信息收集/使用及向第三方提供。不同意者无法参与活动。

• 保存期限：活动结束后7日内或达成使用目的后立即销毁
[入场及观影须知]
- 门票仅限中选者本人领取，每人限1张。现场将进行身份及粉丝俱乐部资格确认。
- 若报名信息与到场人员信息不一致，或未遵守现场工作人员指示，将限制入场。
- 座位将于现场随机分配，不可自行选座或交换座位。
- 如发现复制、伪造、转让、转售门票或线上交易等不正当行为，将立即取消参与资格并依法追究责任。主办/运营方不承担相关责任，且未来可能限制参与 IU 线下活动。
- 请于领取礼物时立即确认是否存在缺漏或瑕疵，离场后无法更换或补发。
- 活动礼物严禁转售，请勿用于个人交易。
- 迷你粉丝见面会及观影期间严禁直播行为，一经发现将立即请离现场。
- 迷你粉丝见面会期间将进行照片及视频拍摄，相关内容可能用于 EDAM Entertainment 的宣传营销用途。
- 现场无法直接向艺人递交信件及礼物。如需寄送，请参考粉丝信件及应援申请公告。
