Log in to Melon Ticket -> My Ticket -> IVE Official Fanclub ‘DIVE’ 1st Recruitment booking Details -> Change the shipping address
※ It is entirely impossible to change the shipping address after the set period.
※ It is impossible to change the shipping country.
※ Incorrect recipient information can result in packages being delayed for a long time and possibly disposed of.
※ Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic and increased delivery parcels, air freight operations are restricted or delayed; which caused delivery services suspensions in many countries.
