More energy on less sleep!http://shine.yahoo.com/channel/health/more-energy-on-less-sleep-221530 posted by Ironman철

Shut-eye is the ultimate energizer, if you can get enough of it. For the 99.9 percent of us who can't; we have five instant uppers.

   1. Skip the venti latte  You might be tempted to suck down the biggest coffee ever when you’re tired, but if you need lasting energy, sip a little at a time throughout your day. Harvard research found that small, frequent doses of caffeine helped people stay awake for 28 hours.

  2. Sniff something lemony Splurge on that citrus hand cream: A new study found that whiffs of lemon made women feel peppier. “The scent increases production of norepinephrine, a hormone associated with energy,” says lead study author Janice Kiecolt-Glaser, Ph.D.

  3. Eat some good carbs  The fiber in whole grains like brown rice and whole-wheat bread provides a long-lasting source of energy for your brain and muscles, says metabolism researcher William Evans, Ph.D. Simple carbs like sweets will give you a quick rush but leave you tired later.

  4. Spend five minutes with some funny online videos It might not seem terribly productive, but laughing at a guy flying off a speeding treadmill will perk you up temporarily. Research shows that a hearty chuckle revs up the respiratory system, oxygenating the body and making you feel awake.

  5. Get moving  A low-intensity workout like a short bike ride can boost energy levels by 20 percent, researchers at the University of Georgia in Athens found. Regular exercise also improves sleep—so when you do hit the sack, you sleep more soundly and wake more rested.

 1.     How long do you sleep for one day?, do you think it’s enough for your health ?

 2.     Do you tried to anything including above tips to improve your sleep quality? Among 5 tips above, which one do you think might work for you right away?

 3.     Did you experience any sleeping problem like insomnia or else, do you have any reason for that problem?

 4.     How often do you dream while you are asleep? Do you have any special experience with your dream ever ?

Remarriage Industry grows http://english.chosun.com/w21data/html/news/200603/200603200024.html

Korea’s rapidly growing divorce rate is eroding any stigma attached to tying the knot for a second or third time, and an entire industry is making a living on the proceeds. There are even dedicated wedding halls for those getting married again. One of them is Petit Wedding, in southern Seoul. When it opened in 2004, many doubted it would succeed; now there are plans for another two branches. One reason is that those who tie the knot again tend to be financially more independent than young couples Matchmaking firm Duo last year established a team dedicated to remarriages only. Some 25 percent or 4,958 of the company’s 20,095 clients are paying to meet their soul mate after their first marriage ended. Hotels also benefit from the special demand. The wedding planners say their customers become more discerning as second weddings typically on a smaller but choicer scale than the first. “I thought I have to get it right this time,” says Tak, who got married again on March 1. “I hired a wedding planner to take care of my ceremony and gave a luxurious party without inviting too many people.” “It’s only natural that an increase in divorce leads to the growth of related industries,” says Chung Young-suk, a professor at Daegu University. “The majority of women who get married for the second time, especially, are professionals and economically independent, and that’s why the market is growing so sharply.”
