- Facts and Fundamental Findings of Health and Environmental Remediation
Fluoride is more poisonous than lead and arsenic, but it is a miracle ingredient in toothpaste and drinking water. This book will display global updated status, comprehensive occurrence, and geochemistry of fluoride entry into groundwater/water aquifers, environmental impact of fluoride along with remediation plans. Book aims to investigate fluoride pollution in air, soil and water with its eminence, concern, and solution to establish harmful consequences on health with depth and scope on global scale. This book will offer current methodical/technical studies to inspect the status of fluoride pollution and confer practicable scientific de-fluoridation options to surmount stress, issues and challenges of its pollution. The book will put emphasis on prominent countries like India, Africa, China, etc which sternly distressed fluoride pollution. The book will discuss existing inclusive water quality and fluoride-related problems beside targets on illustrative general alertness on fluorosis (skeletal, non-skeletal bone deformities, hyperactivity and host of other complaints). The aim of the book is to explore the possibilities of reduction of fluoride human harms/hazards with inclusive outline and current state-of-the-art in remediation’s focus on evidence-based developments e.g., adsorptions (nalgonda) to establish database on R&D in de-fluoridation besides comparative advanced technologies covering portraits case studies. Further focus of the book will be to explain mechanisms to highlight concrete remedial and inter/national collaborated attempts to fight against fluoride pollution via vital facts and fundamental findings.
