Memories of past sins and traumas haunt many people—even believers! 

When the devil tempts [us] [to stay in those memories and give up the fight], we have to rebuke him. 

Let’s ask the Holy Spirit to fill our minds and memories with His all-consuming peace. 

Don’t complicate victory—one touch from Jesus is all it takes to be delivered.

* 일반동사 5 형식 tempts [us] [to stay in those memories and (to) give up the fight],

* 사역동사 5 형식 Let [us] [ask the Holy Spirit to fill our minds and memories with His all-consuming peace]. 

* 일반동사 5 형식의 목보는 to 부정사이나 사역동사 5 형식의 목보는 원형 부정사구 차이가 있으며

    의미는 둘 다 '목적이 목보하게 동사하다'로 같으나 to 부정사는 목적의 의지로 하나 사역은 주어의 의지가 반영됨

    즉 let은 주어의 allow 허락 의미가 있지만 tempts는 유혹만 하고 부정사 stay의 동작은 목적인 us의 자유의지로 함

* 사역동사인 make는 주어의 강제성, have는 의무상의 요구에 쓰고, get는 자발적 동의를 유발하므로 to 부정사를 씀

  make him do it, 강제로 시킴, have him do it 할 의무가 있으니 하게 하라, get him do it 설득하여 자발적으로 하게 함

* 감각동사 5 형식은 '목적이 목보 상태인 것을 감각하다'이므로 부정사가 목보인 경우 본동작과 동시적 관계가 되는데

  saw him leave/leaving에서 leave는 떠나는 모든 과정, leaving은 떠나는 순간을 본다는 의미가 있으나 동시간 관계임 

* 보어인 명사구 all (that) it takes to be delivered. 대명사+형절/목적격 관대절 (All it takes means all that is required.)
