Airbus Helicopters는 아르메니아 공화국과 H145 헬기 6대 공급 계약을 체결했으며, 이는 아르메니아가 유럽 제조업체에 발주한 첫 번째 주문이다.
이번 계약은 프랑스 대통령 Emmanuel Macron의 예레반 공식 국빈 방문 기간 중 최종 체결됐으며, 현재 발효된 상태다. 이 다목적 헬리콥터들은 수송 임무에 사용될 예정이다.
아르메니아의 첫 Airbus Helicopters 주문
이번 계약은 아르메니아의 회전익 항공기 전력을 현대화하는 데 있어 중요한 진전으로 평가된다. H145는 동급 기종 가운데 가장 다목적으로 활용할 수 있는 기종 중 하나로 평가받으며, 산악 지형이 많은 아르메니아의 환경에 적합한 기종이다.
Airbus Helicopters의 동유럽·중앙아시아·코카서스 지역 총괄 부사장 Ludovic Boistot는 이번 계약이 새로운 협력 관계의 시작이라고 말했다.
Boistot는 "아르메니아 공화국을 Airbus Helicopters 가족으로 공식 맞이하게 되어 매우 영광입니다"라고 말했다. "H145는 성능이 입증된 주력 기종으로, 아르메니아 당국이 가장 까다로운 수송 임무를 수행하는 데 필요한 유연성과 신뢰성을 제공할 것입니다."
고고도에서도 뛰어난 성능
H145는 고고도 및 고온 환경에서 우수한 성능을 발휘하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 이러한 특성은 아르메니아의 지리적 환경에 적합하다. 5엽 로터를 채택한 기종은 탑재 능력이 향상됐고, 비행이 더욱 부드러우며, 정비도 더욱 간편하다.
이 헬리콥터는 Safran Arriel 2E 엔진 2기를 탑재하며, 완전권한 디지털 엔진 제어(FADEC) 시스템과 Helionix 디지털 항공전자 시스템을 갖추고 있다. 또한 조종사의 업무 부담을 줄이고 안전성을 높이기 위해 설계된 4축 자동조종장치도 탑재되어 있다. Airbus는 H145가 동급 기종 가운데 가장 낮은 소음 수준과 이산화탄소(CO₂) 배출량을 기록한다고 밝혔다.
현재 전 세계에서 H145 계열 헬리콥터 1,800대 이상이 운용 중이며, 누적 비행시간은 850만 시간을 넘어섰다.

Airbus Helicopters has signed a contract with the Republic of Armenia for six H145 helicopters, marking the country’s first-ever order with the European manufacturer.
The agreement was finalized during French President Emmanuel Macron’s official state visit to Yerevan and has now entered into force. The multi-purpose helicopters will be used for transport missions.
Armenia’s first Airbus Helicopters order
The deal represents a step forward in modernizing Armenia’s rotorcraft fleet. The H145 is considered one of the most versatile platforms in its class and is well suited to the country’s mountainous terrain.
Ludovic Boistot, Vice President and Head of Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and Caucasus at Airbus Helicopters, said the contract marks the beginning of a new partnership.
“It is a great honor to officially welcome the Republic of Armenia to the Airbus Helicopters family,” Boistot said. “The H145 is a proven workhorse that will provide the Armenian authorities with the flexibility and reliability needed for their most demanding transport mission requirements.”
High altitude, high performance
The H145 is known for performing well in high-altitude and hot environments, which makes it a practical fit for Armenia’s geography. The five-bladed version of the aircraft offers increased payload, a smoother flight, and simpler maintenance.
Powered by two Safran Arriel 2E engines, the helicopter is equipped with full authority digital engine control and Helionix digital avionics. It also features a four-axis autopilot designed to reduce pilot workload and increase safety. Airbus says the H145 has the lowest noise footprint and CO2 emissions in its class.
More than 1,800 H145 family helicopters are currently in service worldwide, having logged over 8.5 million flight hours.
