6월 4일 [2023 NTX FANMEETING:START the X] 공연 안내 사항 드립니다.
[ 티켓 수령 및 입장 안내 ]
- 공연장 로비(지하 2층) 입장은 2시 부터 가능합니다. (이전은 공연장 로비 내 부스 준비로 입장이 불가하오니 착오 없으시기 바랍니다.)
- 공연장 입장은 공연 시작 40분전 (3시 20분) 부터 진행되며, 원활한 공연 진행 및 관람을 위해 공연 시작 5분전 입장이 마감됩니다.
- 티켓 현장 수령은 공연 2시간전부터 부스가 운영되며, 현장 수령 시 예매자 본인의 신분증과 인터파크 예매 내역 확인이 진행됩니다.
신분증은 하기에 기재된 신분증 및 공문서만 인정되오니, 착오 없이 준비하여 주시기 바랍니다. (모든 신분증 및 예매내역 캡쳐,사본 불가 / 실물만 인정)
티켓 현장 수령 부스는 오후 2시부터 오후 3시 50분까지 운영됩니다.

- 당일 티켓 현장 판매는 진행되지 않습니다.
- 당일 응원봉 MD판매 및 티켓 현장수령 줄로 인하여 공연장이 혼잡할 수 있으니 시작 시간 전 여유롭게 도착, 준비하시어 입장하여 주시기 바랍니다.
[ 입장 및 관람 시 유의 사항 ]
- 본 공연은 공연 중 녹음, 음성 및 영상 중계(라이브 스트리밍) 등 저작권을 침해하는 모든 행위가 금지됩니다.
행위 적발 시 강제 퇴장 조치되며, 이로 인한 티켓 구매 금액은 환불되지 않습니다. 이 외 주최측의 별도 패널티가 부과될 수 있습니다.
- 본 공연은 지정좌석제 운영으로, 본인이 예매한 좌석 외 다른 좌석으로의 이동은 절대 불가하며, 예매 좌석에서만 관람하여 주시기 바랍니다.
- 실내 마스크 착용 의무는 대부분 해제되었으나, 공연을 관람하시는 분들의 건강을 위해 공연 참여 시 마스크를 착용해주시길
권고드립니다. 코로나19 의심 증상(두통,발열,기침,인후통 등) 발현 및 코로나19 확진 환자로 확인될 시 귀가 조치 될 수 있습니다.
- 공연 진행 중 다른 관객의 관람에 지장, 불편을 주거나 공연장 질서 유지에 위배되는 행동, 유의 사항을 지키지 않는 행동을 하는 경우
진행요원의 제재를 받을 수 있으며 퇴장 조치 될 수 있으니 유의하여 주시기 바랍니다.
- 본 공연은 주최측 별도의 촬영이 예정되어 있으며, 이로 인한 경미한 시야방해가 발생할 수 있으나 최대한 시야 방해가 되지 않도록
촬영이 진행 될 예정입니다.
- 공연장 내에서 하기와 같은 물품의 반입이 금지되어 있습니다. (물품 반입 시 입장이 거절 또는 압수 조치 될 수 있습니다.)
① 뚜껑이 없는 생수 및 기타 음료 / 음식물 (뚜껑이 있는 생수만 반입 가능)
② 타인의 관람에 불편이나 위협을 줄 수 있는 물건
③ 아티스트의 관심을 유도하기 위한 LED 장식물, 플랜카드, 비공식 응원봉, 큰 부피의 개인 응원용품
- 본 공연의 금지사항을 위반하는 행위, 진행 요원의 업무를 방해하는 행위 등 공연 질서 유지를 위한 녹음 및 촬영이 진행될 수 있으며,
이 정보는 공연일로부터 15일 이후 파기됩니다.
- 본 공연은 팬레터를 제외한 화환, 선물 등을 일체 받지 않습니다.
- 팬레터는 입장 전 티켓 현장 수령 부스쪽에 마련 될 편지함에 넣어주시면 됩니다.
공연 종료 후 팬레터는 전달 받지 않으니 반드시 입장 전에 현장 STAFF 에게 전달하여 주시기 바랍니다.
[ Ticket Pickup and Admission ]
- Entry to the venue lobby (basement level) will be available at 2pm.
(Please note that you will not be able to enter the venue beforehand due to booth preparation in the lobby.)
- Entry to the venue will open 40 minutes before the show starts (3:20pm) and will close 5 minutes before the show starts to ensure a smooth performance and viewing experience.
- For on-site ticket pickup, booths will be open from 2 hours before the show, and ticket holders will be asked for their ID and Interpark reservation history.
- Only unexpired passports and unexpired alien cards are accepted as IDs.
- Ticket drop-off booths will be open from 2pm to 3:50pm.
- We will not be selling tickets at the door.
- The venue may be crowded due to lines for MD sales and ticket pick-up on the day of the event, so please arrive early and prepare before the start time.
[ Admission and viewing precautions ]
- This performance prohibits all acts that infringe on copyright, including recording, audio and video broadcasting (live streaming) during the performance.
Anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave the venue and the ticket purchase amount will not be refunded. Other penalties may be imposed by the organizers.
- This is a standing-room-only performance, and you will not be allowed to move to any seats other than the ones you have reserved, so please stay in your reserved seats.
- While my mask mandate has been largely lifted, for the health of those attending my performances, I encourage you to wear a mask when attending a performance
when attending a performance. If you develop symptoms of suspected COVID-19 (headache, fever, cough, sore throat, etc.) and are confirmed to have COVID-19, you may be sent home.
- If you interfere with the viewing of other audience members, cause inconvenience, violate the order of the venue, or fail to follow the rules during the performance, you will be sanctioned by the performance staff.
Please note that you may be sanctioned by the organizer and may be asked to leave the venue.
- This performance will be filmed separately by the organizers, which may cause some minor disruption to the view, but we will try to make it as unobtrusive as possible.
- The following items are prohibited in the venue (and may be refused entry or confiscated).
① Bottled water and other beverages/food without a lid (only bottled water with a lid is allowed)
② Anything that may cause discomfort or threat to the viewing of others.
③ LED decorations, placards, unofficial pom-poms, and personalized cheers
- Recording and filming may be conducted to maintain the order of the performance, such as behavior that violates the prohibitions of this performance or interferes with the work of the staff,
This information will be destroyed 15 days after the performance date.
- The show will not accept any wreaths, gifts, etc. except fan letters.
- Fan letters can be dropped off in the mailboxes located at the ticket collection booth before entering the venue.
Fan letters will not be delivered after the performance, so please be sure to hand them to the staff before entering the venue.
