앞서 예정되었던 남미투어 취소를 이어 현재 티켓팅이 오픈된 북미 투어 또한 취소되었음을 알려드립니다.
공연을 기다려주시고 티켓을 구매하신 팬여러분들께 죄송스러운 마음입니다.
픽시 비자 문제로 공연 진행 여부가 확정 되지 않은 상황에서 현지 공연 업체와 소통의 문제로 미리 티켓이 오픈되었음을 확인하였고, 혼란이 가중되지 않기 위해 상황을 확인하고 정리가 된 상태에서 공지사항을 올리는 게 맞다는 판단하에 대응이 늦어진 점 양해부탁드립니다.
아울러 북미 지역 공연 티켓 예매자께는 티켓 구매처를 통해 환불과 관련한 공지사항 안내가 진행될 예정입니다.
팬 여러분께 다시 한번 사과의 말씀을 전하며,

We would like to update you on the status of PIXY’s US schedule for this month.
Firstly, we would like to thank our fans who have been patiently waiting on PIXY’s performances.
As you may know, we had to cancel our previously scheduled South American tour due to ever-changing policies surrounding covid-19. We regret to inform you that as a result of these changes, and other uncertainties regarding visa status and extensions, we have cut our trip short this time around and we must return to Korea.
In the cases where fan events were announced and tickets were sold without communication through our official channels, those were unfortunately the result of communication issues with local contacts. We apologize for the delay in response to these events.
Notices regarding refunds will be provided by the vendors where the tickets were originally purchased.
We once again express our sincerest apologies to our fans. Please stay tuned, as we are currently planning more face-to-face events for our fans. We just need a little bit of time to reset and we thank you for your generous understanding.
