작성자 sweetysweet 작성시간10.03.20 님 글을 정확히 이해는 못했는데요, 지금 한국에 계신 건가요? 런던에 계신 건가요? 런던에 계신거면 문제될 게 없는데, 한국에 계신거면 2주안에 결혼하시기 힘들어요. 최소한 3주는 필요해요. 남친분말처럼, 여기는 결혼식전에(최소 2주) 카운실(레지스트리 오피스)에 가서 레지스터와 함께 결혼하는 두 사람의 기본인적상황에 대한 간단한 인터뷰를 해야되요. 그리고 최소 2주뒤에 결혼을 할 수 있는데, 이 인터뷰전 8일은 영국에 있었다는 기록을 여권을 통해 확인하기 때문에 결혼식까지 최소 3주가 필요한 거죠.

답댓글 작성자 조용한혁명 작성자 본인 여부 작성자 작성시간10.03.20 지금 저는 한국에 있어요~ 남친은 영국에 있구요, 그런데 결혼은 한나라에서 한번만 하려고 해요, 사실 한국에서 결혼하는 것보다 런던에서 결혼하는게 나을 것 같아서, 결혼식만 런던에서 하려고 하는거거든요.....(한국웨딩보다는 영국식웨딩이 더 좋아서 영국에서 하고 싶거든요..)그런데 지금 이 법적 신고 문제때문에 답답하네요..
남친은 한국올때 결혼비자로 한국오지 않을까요??? 여기서 영어 선생님하려고 해요. 그러면 따로 워킹비자는 필요없을텐데..
그러면 결혼식은 런던에서 하고 혼인신고는 한국에서 하면 나중에 영국으로 들어가서 살때 저의 결혼이 영국안에서 법적인 효력이 안생기나요? -
작성자 볼빅뮤직 작성시간10.03.23 Unless you are marrying in the Church of England or Church in Wales by Banns or Common License (see ‘Religious Marriage Ceremonies’ below), notice of marriage has to be given by each of you personally to your local superintendent registrar(s).
Both of you must have lived in a registration district in England or Wales for at least eight days immediately before giving notice at the register office. If you both live in the same district, you will each give notice at the same office. If you live in different registration districts, you will each give notice separately in your own area.
