VIVIZ 팬클럽 담당자입니다.

소속사 사무실 이전 및 내부 공사가 완료되어 팬레터 및 선물 관련 안내드립니다.


[팬레터 및 선물]

· 주소

· 유의사항
- 착불 배송 등 비용이 발생하는 모든 경우에 반송 처리됩니다.
- 주소에 회사 명과 아티스트 명을 정확히 기입해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 변질의 우려가 있는 음식물은 배송 불가합니다. (슈가케이크 포함)
- 퀵 서비스를 통해 발송하시는 팬레터 및 선물은 반송 처리되므로 우편으로 발송 부탁드립니다.
- 회사 및 아티스트 숙소 직접 방문은 불가합니다.
- 팬레터 및 선물 배송 관련 문의는 받지 않습니다.

 

 

[서포트 신청 방법]

· 서포트 가능 스케줄
방송, 콘서트, 기념일(생일, 데뷔일 등)의 공식적인 스케줄

· 메일 내용
1. 대표자명 or 단체명 :

3. 서포트 품목 및 수량 : 
 - 음식 (메뉴, 수량 등 정확하게 작성)
 - 선물 (물품 이름, 수량 등 정확하게 작성)
4. 물품 전달 방법 : 
 - 직접 전달 시 전달 인원 작성
5. 물품 전달 일자 : (YY.MM.DD)

 - 서포트 스케줄 명과 함께 작성

· 서포트 진행 시 유의사항
- 공식 스케줄 오픈 이후 서포트 신청 순서대로 답변 예정입니다. (스케줄 오픈 이전에 신청하시는 서포트는 무효 처리 예정입니다.)
- 서포트 메일 양식에 맞지 않게 작성한 경우 답변을 드리지 않으며 서포트 신청 순서에서 제외됩니다.
- 서포트 메일 내용에 기재되지 않은 품목은 전달 불가합니다.
- 서포트 품목 변경 시 메일로 추가 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 서포트 품목이 중복일 경우 먼저 신청하신 분의 서포트만 진행 가능합니다. (도시락 서포트 포함)
- 서포트는 서포트 가능 스케줄을 기준으로 1달 전부터 가능합니다.
- 서포트는 서포트 가능 스케줄을 기준으로 1주일 이내에 신청하실 경우 진행이 불가할 수 있습니다.
- 스케줄 상황 또는 일정 변경으로 인해 신청 완료된 서포트 진행이 취소될 수도 있습니다.
- 공휴일 및 주말은 서포트 메일 답변이 불가합니다.

· 서포트 전달 시 유의사항
- 팬클럽 담당자를 통한 서포트 인증은 불가합니다.
- 사전에 팬클럽 담당자와 협의가 완료된 서포트만 전달 가능합니다.
- 아티스트에게 직접 팬레터 및 선물 전달은 불가합니다.
- 서포트 직접 전달 시 최소한의 인원으로 진행 부탁드립니다.
- 택배 및 우편으로 배송 가능한 물품은 서포트가 아닌 일반 우편으로 발송 부탁드립니다.
- 스케줄 당일을 제외한 공휴일 및 주말은 서포트 전달이 불가합니다.

This is VIVIZ’s Fan Club manager.

 

As we have now completed the office relocation and renovation, we would like to inform you regarding the fan letter and gifts for VIVIZ members.


[Fan Letters & Gifts]

 

· Address

(06099) 1F (BPM Ent., VIVIZ), 9, Seolleung-ro 127-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea

 

· Precautions

- All gifts and letters which generate additional expenses including shipment charge will not be accepted and returned to the sender.

- Please correctly specify the names of the agency and artist on the address.

- All perishable food including sugar cakes will not be accepted.

- Please send all letters and gifts by mail as all items delivered by quick services (private delivery services) will be returned.

- It is strictly banned to visit the agency and artist’s residence in person.

- We do not accept the inquiries regarding fan letters and gifts delivery.

 

 

[Fan Support Application Guidance]

 

· Applicable Support Schedules

All official schedules such as TV programs, concerts, and anniversaries (birthday, debut)

 - Food (Specifically include menus and quantities)

 - Gifts (Specifically include items and quantities)

4. Delivery Method:

 - If you would like to deliver by yourself, please specify the number of visiting people.

· Support Precautions

- Applications will be accepted and answered in the order of application after the official schedule notice is announced. (Support applications submitted in advance of the announcement will not be accepted.)

- All application mails which do not correctly follow the guidance will not be answered and excluded from the submitted application list.

- All items which are not specified in the support mail will not be delivered.

- If you would like to change the support items, please make an additional inquiry in advance via e-mail.

- If supporting items are duplicated, the earlier application will only be accepted and proceeded. (including lunch box support)

- Fan support is available a month ahead of the schedule.

- If the application is submitted less than a week in advance of the schedule, the support may not proceed.

- Fan support could be canceled after the confirmation due to unexpected changes regarding the schedule.

- All e-mail support applications and inquiries will only be answered on working days.

 

· Support Delivery Precautions

- Fan club staffs are not in charge of confirm‎ing the support.

- All support will only be delivered to the artist under the confirmation of the fan club staff.

- It is strictly banned to directly give the artist fan letters and gifts.

- If you would like to deliver the support in person, please minimize the number of visitors.

- Please send items by mail if they can be sent as packages and mails.

- All support will not be delivered on weekends and national holidays unless there is an official schedule.
