Actually, "먹튀" is abbreviation for "먹고튀다" several months ago, 상하이차 withdrew its right of management from 쌍용차. Ok, the reason they should go back to China was known as financial difficulty.

but i heard some suspicious voices from Employees of 쌍용. At their standpoint, it wasn't glad something at all. the board of management of 쌍용, appointed by 상하이차, decided 쌍용 to be under legal management on 9th of Jan. when its legal management started to be activated, the right of management of 쌍용 was terminated.

so far, it looked entirely natural, but one thing. Labor union told that 상하이차 didn't keep their engagement to invest amount to 1 trillion 200 billion into 쌍용. Even 쌍용's Sports Utility Vehicle technologies and core technology of diesel hybrid carried out by Government were drained to China by 상하이차, intentionally.

Yeah.. what the hell was going on? i'm lack of patience. but this is not nasty phenomenon at the view point of profit. they, 상하이차, did their job. nobody can blame what they did. doesn't it?

Here is my question. do you think such a situation is acceptable as natural phenomenon of capitalism? if you do or not, what makes you think so? i'm waiting for your teaching.

One of the top values which drives business is profit and far next would be either morality or conscience. As a scapegoat, it sounds non-sense in Korean society that CN company siphoned off technologies and cut off the ties, but what has happened b/w SSangyong Motor and Shanghai Automotive could be an understandable case in the business world nevertheless its dirty scheme.
