세계무역포럼을 주관하시는 Li Longji 주석님, 이자리를 허락한 중국 정부에 깊은 감사를 드립니다.
환경을 보호하고 지구를 보존하자는 취지로 지난 2014년 12월 18일 환경기금 동전이 만들어졌습니다. 그것은 가상화폐 유엔코인(UNCOIN)입니다.
유엔코인은 유엔 헌장의 사명인 전쟁방지, 지구보호, 인류복지 그리고 금융융합의 정신을 지향하며 유엔NGO 단체를 후원하고 목적사업의 활성화를 지원하는 계획 하에서 설계되어 만들어 졌습니다.
유엔코인은 가상화폐이며, 향후 전세계 화폐시장에 일대 변혁을 주도할 입니다.

유엔코인은 첫번째로 UN NGO 세계화평기금회의 공식 코인으로 인정 받으며 세계 각국의 유엔 NGO 산하 기구와 연대하여 강한 결속력을 바탕으로 글로벌유엔코인위원회(GLOBAL UNCOIN COMMITTEE) 산하 유엔코인재단(UNCOIN FOUNDATION)을 각 나라 마다 조직적으로 형성하고 있습니다.

I'm Lee, Seung-won, the Chairman of the GLOBAL UNCOIN COMMITTEE.
I am really greatful to the Chinese government that allowed the Global Peace Economy and Trade Forum(GPET Forum), President Li Longji who organized this GPET Forum, Presidents and leaders from around the world, and the representatives of enterprisers.
I briefly announce that Low Carbon environmental protection, Carbon tax, and recent global trends.
Although a lot of policies have been established for green growth across the globe, greenhouse gas emission is rather increasing.
In Korea, reduction target of greenhouse gas and carbon emission trading are executing from this year.
The central and local government are trying to make industry, construction, home and commerce take part in the policy related to each other.
However, to have the desired effect, special NGO will be required to monitor climate change policy of Korean government and congress activities.
So specialized agency is going to launch under the national union for attracting the Fifth United Nations Secretariat.
I really want all of you to be our supporters of this project.
Carbon tax is increasing all over the globe, started in Finland and Netherlands in 1990.
China has occupied more 40% of greenhouse gas emission, thus Chinese government is studying to impose carbon tax.
Every nation is introducing various economic measures to deal with climate change.
Chinese environmental problems are getting more serious so Chinese government is concerned about them.
Carbon tax is used in the Climatic Change and the expenses of GCF which will be in new renewable energy technology and environment in the long term to promote national green growth.
The Coin of Environmental Fund was made to preserve clean globe and to protect the global environment on Dec. 18, 2014.
It is UNCOIN that is the Digital Cash.
The UNCOIN was specially designed and made for war prevention, the protection of globe, humanity welfare, financial convergence, and supporting for NGOs.
The UN Future Report says Digital Cash will be used by the year 2085 ,when people all around the world will not use cash and feel keenly the necessity of a single currency.
It is the merit of Digital Cash that will make the trade of global village more convenient.
Moreover, people won't have to worry the political unrest of a nation, GDP, economic depression, and oil price and so on. Now Digital Cash accounts for the 20% of the world online financial transactions.
Digital financial era has already arrived, and thus every nation has to cooperate to boost the world common currency.
Especially, NGOs, United Nations agencies, realize that the economic income from using a single currency must be distributed.
Therefore, Global Commons Currency UNCOIN is the alternative of the world peace and prosperity and the Digital Cash that is in succession of Bitcoin which is used the most in China.
Furthermore UNCOIN strengthens the strengths and makes up for the weaknesses of Bitcoin.
First of all, UNCOIN is officially achieved recognition as the COIN of Global Peace Economy and Trade Forum and is systematically forming UNCOIN FOUNDATION of GLOBAL UNCOIN COMMITTEE in each country, having a strong solidarity with United Nations NGO agencies.
UNCOIN is global alternative coin, preserving the environment and assisting global trade.
So I am sure that UNCOIN's status will be increasingly expanded.
Now the whole world is one big neighborhood!
