Greetings from Tokunoshima island!
OK, here's my story about Sanmaul:

"I arrived at Sanmaeul Poongkyeong on a snowy Tuesday, March 3rd in 2009, planning to stay there for a week. Coming there was a little bit of a shock - such a beautiful place. My plans were overturned by the sweetest family you could possibly imagine and I stayed there for 7 weeks, then my visa expired. Chopping wood was the hardest job to do (it's no hard at all), but I mainly spent my time with the children, Ho Jin and Hae In, English teaching is very welcome. Time ran fast also with things nobody asked me to do - waiting for the schoolbus
with Hae In, for example. As I took care of her, she did the same for me - and my aching old back...
The third day of my stay there I wrote an e-mail to the Korean WWOOF office to thank them for finding me a place in heaven. I didn't change my mind even after 50 days.
As a kimchi lover - most non-Koreans can't understand my addiction to this delicious food - I must underline that at Sanmaeul Poongkyeong I ate the absolutely best kimchi ever and I ate a lot of kimchi in many places all over Korea.
WWOOFing at Sanmaeul Poongkyeong was possibly one of the best times in my life. And I mean it."

Short, but sincere and honest. I hope it can be of any use. Possibly we'll meet again - after my wwoofing on this Japanese Pacific island I'm returning to Korea...
Regards, Dag
