@ ESDS (electrostatic discharge sensitive) 장비 취급방법
① ESDS 라벨을 붙여 정전기에 민감한 구성품임을 표시
② ESDS 장비품이나 circuit card를 취급시 특별한 취급절차가 요구됨
③ circuit card를 취급시 wrist strap을 손목에 착용하고 ESDS 접지점에 연결할것
④ 장탈된 ESDS장비품은 conductive bag에 넣어서 보관할것
ESD Ground 규정
① Main Ground ------- 접 지 --- 10Ω이하
② ESD Point Ground --- 전 극 --- 25Ω이하
③ Personal Ground ---- 인 체 --- 1MΩ이하
