"인간의 잠재적 능력을 가진 인간의 몸을 받은 자의 유일한 의무는 영적인 수행의 길에서 진보를 이루는 것이다. 인간의 지성은 한 순간도 낭비되어서는 안된다. 갓난 아이로 태어난 그날부터 그대는 화장터를 향하여 달려 나아가고 있다. 매 순간이 그대를 죽음으로 더욱더 가까이 데려가고 있다. 그러므로 나는 그대에게 불필요하게 시간을 낭비하지 말라고 말한다."

The only duty of one who has attained human body in whom human potentiality is present, is to progress on the path of sádhaná. No one of intelligence should waste even an iota of time. With every respiration your longevity is diminishing. From the day of your birth as an infant you have been speeding towards the funeral pyre. Every moment is taking you closer and closer to death. So I say do not waste your time needlessly.
