FOUR FEDERAL LAWSUITS TO END ELECTRONIC HARASSMENT

We have four federal lawsuits that are currently in progress to end electronic harassment.
Two are against the organizations that oversee the actual organizations doing this to victims, one against the Director of National Intelligence, one against the Department of Defense-for doing this to victims, seeking for them to stop it
Two against the organizations that should be investigating- for them not investigating, seeking for them to investigate
We have 100 people in these suits so far, with four different suits each, with every suit seeking to free all of those that file, so thats 400 chances at freedom each person who joins us has
The main strength of our cases is that they are mass filings, with everyone filing their own case against the same defendant in the same court house, the objective being to make it too much work for the defendant to fight all of the cases and making them want to settle out of court and avoid a trial, giving us what we want without a suit
The second strength of our cases is that it is impossible for the defendants to each win 100 jury trials in a row, for four different suits each, in other words, they have to beat us in court 400 times in sequential jury trials in order for them to beat us
This is impossible for them to do
For proof, we have GPS radio signal direction finders that show these signals being sent to victims from government installations, these signals being the same exact frequency as the human brain, we also have actual videos of the brain reading systems used on people by the government, we have classified government files of the military installations that were built to do this to people, and we have classified government files of the actual systems that are used on people
Our attorney is also actually subpoenaing the actual government files that state that this was done to us
There is no way we can loose
This suit will probably not go to trial, and the attorney for the defendants will probably settle oout of court, giving us what we want
We have a ton of proof
We are using an excellent legal technique, the mass filing
These suits are being brought against the right defendants for the right action
And we have solid suits, with strong legal grounds
They cannot possibly beat us in court 400 times

Below are the grounds that the attorney is using for our lawsuits
One
A suit against the fbi and fcc for not investigating reports from victims of electronic weapons, seeking for them to investigate.
We were wanting to have each person joining in the suit send a letter that they photocopy and send signature confirmation receipt to the fbi and fcc, stating that someone is using these electronic weapons on them, that these weapons are harming and injuring them, that them investigating would stop this injury and harm ,and asking for them to investigate this matter. This way we can show that the fbi and fcc have been contacted by the plaintiffs.
We are seeking for the fbi and fcc to investigate electronic harassment from here on out, to set up one phone number for victims to call into where the call is answered by an agent who is expecting them and who knows what to do, and for the fbi to immediately dispatch the FCC with equipment that locates where these signals are coming from to the victims location immediately after calling so the fcc can find out where the signals are coming from and we want the fbi to handle going to turn them off, we also want the fbi and fcc to each open independent official investigations and to open a co investigation immediately after each victim calling them, we also want them to specifically agree to investigate electronic weapon use on each plaintiff, despite files that they might have that prevent them from doing so “files that state the victim is mentally ill or that this isn’t happening”
For this suit, we need to show which federal laws are being broken by federal government committing crimes upon a person, and by fed govt torturing people and experimenting on them non consentually and by fed govt invading their brains and body and reading their mind, “including invasion of privacy” we need to also show the fbi’s and fcc’s appointed jurisdiction and that these federal laws being broken make this a matter of the fbi’s and fcc’s jurisdiction
We also need to show that the fbi and fcc not following their jurisdiction is itself breaking federal law
We need to show that the fbi and fcc are liable for these victims when they find out that they are being tortured, harmed and experimented on, and that they have a legal duty to help them and that by them not helping they are actually complicit in doing this to victims as they are aware of it and are the only ones who can do something about it and do nothing, leaving these victims in the situation they are in
We also need to show that by the fbi and fcc following the federal law of their jurisdiction, they will be rectifying the federal laws being broken upon these people
Please also take a look at the due process clauses of the us constitution, there should be some information there
Please also check the constitutional and civil rights afforded to each us citizen, and the right to be free of torture, undue punishment, discrimination “authorities not investigating” and to government services
For standing, we need to show that the local fbi office that the suit is being brought against had been contacted by the victims as well as the fcc, we need to show the federal statute that allows suits to be brought against a federal body anywhere it does its affairs, and I copied and pasted the following from a judges decision where he specifically cites what is needed for standing for these cases, its like we have a cheat sheet

We also need to show that all of the federal laws being broken may be rectified/stopped by the defendants adhering to the federal law of their jurisdiction that they are breaking by not investigating
We also want to sign a waiver of rights to press charges or further suits against the defendants if they settle out of court.
Our suit against the doj and fcc is just a carbon of the suit above, but against the doj and fcc instead of the fbi and fcc
This additional suit just gives us one more batch of cases with which to possibly win a court case
.
The main thing we need to stress with these cases is that it’s a ton of work to litigate 100 cases and its impossible to win 100 jury trials in a row, as well as the fact that we are willing to waive all right to press charges and file further suits upon settling, as well as these suits only seeking to help torture victims by ending their torture, his needs to be emphasized for the fbi and fcc suit to the atty, and also to the atty for the doj and fcc suit, to get them to settle
Also, one more thing that needs to be added into this suit for its filing, is how we can show on a live gps satellite feed that government installations are actually sending a signal to each of these victims that is the same exact frequency as the frequency of the human brain and bodies electrical firings and brainwaves and also as cel phone, which is how the signals carry and follow each victim, not just does this need to be added into the suit, but it needs to be mentioned
For the suit against the director of national intelligence and also for the suit against the department of defense, we need to claim the federal laws that are broken by the federal government committing crimes against a person, and by them torturing and non consentually experimenting on people, and on whatever inveasion of privacy and other laws pertain to people having their brains and body read
We need to show that these federal laws being broken will be rectified/crimes being stopped by them agreeing to stop what is being done to these victims, we need to show the federal statute that allows suits to be brought against a federal organization anywhere they do affairs and we also need to show the same standing right as listed on the weblink and stated by the judge
In this suit we are seeking for the systems going to each of the plaintiffs/victims to be officially ended, as well as the filing of them that allows for their mistreatment and difference from all other Americans, we are also wanting to offer waiving of rights to press charges and file further suits upon them settling,
To be included in this suit and also to be mentioned to the atty for settling, is the part mentioned above about being able to show these signals going to victims from government installations
For the last four suits “suits against the dni and dod”
It needs to be in the suit wording and also brought to the attorneys attention, that if they do not settle out of court we are subpoenaing their own records f this being done to each victim and that these classified documents of their own torture and non consentual experimentation would be in federal court and exposed to the public and court officials and that they also cannot win a suit when their own records of them doing this to people have been submitted to the courts as evidence
When contacting these attorneys for settling, again, the main thing for the mass suits is that its too much work to fight all 100 cases, that’s its impossible to win 100 cases in a row, that we are willing to waive all rights for pressing charges as well as filing further suits against them , and that we are only seeking to have this punishment officially ended

For the mass filing cases, each person will be filing this case individually, not as a class action, with each suit seeking the same exact thing
Any and all other laws that you can think of to add to this suit please do, our main fear is that this suit will be dismissed for being unreal/frivolous, please make sure this suit is worded so this doesn’t happen, you might also want to cite/mention in our filings the video we have of the DHS brain reading system, they cant dismiss it for being unreal when the defendants have these systems, when we have video of these systems, and when we have proof that these government installations are sending brainreading frequencies “the exact frequency as the human brain” to the plaintiffs from government installations
