The Taliban will attend a UN climate conference for the first time since their takeover of Afganistan in  2021

take over 

the conference known as cop 2029 begins on Monday in Azerbaijan, and is one of the most important mutilateral talks to include the Taliban. 

The national environment protection agency posted on social media, platform X that a technical delegation had gone to Baku to participate 

Experts told to the Associate Press that climate change has led to  numerous and negative impacts on Afganistan creating serious  challenges
