President Donald Trump is(has) come out with a new national security strategy.

the(that) paints? Europian allies, as week(weak) while aiming to reassult(reassert), America's dominance in the western hamosphere(Hemisphere).

The Document, released by the White House, is likely to upset long-standing  US allies in Europe for excading ticks of(its scathing critiques of) their migrations and free speech policies.

So just in(suggesting) those allies face the "prospect of civilization and ratio(erasure)" and raising doubts about the long-term reliability as American partners.
