ㅡ Other applications / applets
The smartcards shall be ready to operate and to upload other nonproprietary applications and applets (such as eVallet Parking, eVoting, eDocument, follow-me printing, ePayment, eMedics) coming from different providers.
ㅡ Provide best technology to process and capture fingerprint data with an accurate and repeatablebiometric identification, while, monitoring physical and logical access, and denying unauthorized use, while providing a rapid and user friendly capability.
ㅡㅡCertificates PKI
Access Control Systems will be using a Digital Certificate from a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI/CA) to grant access to PACS and LACS. The authentication time at the door is expected to be two [2] secs or less for PACS.
ㅡ Fingerprint reader on board;
ㅡ? Fingerprint enrolment is direct on smart card Biometric data (fingerprint) is securely stored on the smart card.
ㅡThe data cannot be extracted from it, without authorisation, eliminating the need to centrally manage and secure an external database.
ㅡquantity (expected minimum-500 smartcards for each order) ordered by ITU. For information, ITU is composed of nearly 750 staff and-250 Delegates.
ㅡBidder Experience (years of experience): At least three (3) years of experience in-delivering integrated smartcards supporting Digital Certificate and/or Identity Management.
ㅡBidder Experience (satisfactory references): Provision of at least three (3) satisfactory-references for past or on going supply of similar product
ㅡEncoding: Proposed smartcards shall fully satisfy the encoding requirements and process
