In Korea, we have a saying for this: 'Nak-jang-bul-ip (낙장불입),' which means once a card is played, it cannot be taken back. In English, we might say 'No take-backs!' for a casual vibe, or more formally, 'The die is cast.'
Just like a card that’s already been played, I believe the best way to live is to accept that 'What's done is done' and focus on the present. As you mentioned, let's do our best for right now and make today a day with no regrets! Thank you again for the encouragement. ^^ -

영어로도 일상에서 가볍게 말할 때는 'No take-backs!(무르기 없기!)'라고 하고,
좀 더 격조 있게는 'The die is cast(주사위는 던져졌다)'라고 표현하기도 하죠.
한 번 내던진 패를 다시 거둘 수 없듯이,
이미 지나간 일은 'What's done is done'의 마음으로 담백하게 받아들이고
현재에 집중하는 것이 가장 현명한 삶의 태도인 것 같습니다.
