성경말씀: 히브리서 10~11장

Scripture Reading: Hebrews 10~11

본문에서 “율법은 장차 올 좋은 일의 그림자이지 실체가 아니므로 해마다 끝없이 반복되는 제사로는 경배하러 오는 사람들을 결코 온전하게 할 수 없음이라. 그럴 수 있었다면 섬기는 자들이 단번에 정결하게 되고 다시 죄를 깨닫지 못하여 제사를 멈추었겠으나, 제사는 해마다 죄를 상기시키고, 황소나 염소의 피는 죄를 없애지 못함이라(10:1-4)” 하였듯, 말씀에 겉으로 나타나는 의미를 따라 지키는 예배나 삶으로는 사람의 죄를 용서받거나 사라지거나 거듭날 수 없습니다.

No one be forgiven or erased his sins or born-again holy to the Lord by worshiping or living according to the outwardly meaning of the Bible, as “The law is only a shadow of the good things that are coming, not the realities themselves. For this reason, it can never, by the same sacrifices repeated endlessly year after year, make perfect those who draw near to worship. Otherwise, would that not have stopped being offered? For the worshipers would have been cleansed once for all, and would no longer have felt guilty for their sins. But those sacrifices are an annual remember of sins. It is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins. (10:1-4)”

왜냐하면, “하나님이여 보소서 두루마리 책에 나를 가리켜 기록된 것과 같이 하나님의 뜻을 행하러 왔나이다. 율법이 요구함에도 불구하고 제사와 예물과 번제와 속죄제는 주께서 원하지 않고 기뻐하지 아니하신다 말씀하셨고, 그 후에 보옵소서 내가 하나님의 뜻을 행하러 왔나이다 말씀하시므로 첫째 것을 폐하시고 둘째 것을 세우셨음이라. 그 뜻에 따라 예수 그리스도의 몸을 단번에 드리시고 거룩하게 되셨음이라(10:7-10)” 하였듯, 생명의 말씀 하나님 예수 그리스도의 대속으로만 죄 사함을 받고, 성령으로 거듭나며, 죽기까지 순종해야 구원을 얻도록 정하신 복음의 진리 때문입니다.

Because, the Lord God decided the truth of the gospel in Christ, everyone be forgiven his sin through the atonement of Christ only, after that he can be born-again with the Holy Spirit and last he can be saved his eternal life through his obedient faith until death only, as “Then I said, ‘Here I am, it is written about me in the scroll, I have come to do your will, my God. First, he said, ‘Sacrifices and offerings, burnt offerings and sin offering you did not desire, not were you pleased with them, though they were offered in accordance with the law. Then he said, ‘Here I am, I have come to do your will. He sets aside the first to establish the second. And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. (10:7-10)”

그러므로, “그리스도는 단번에 영원한 속죄의 제사를 드리고 하나님 우편에 앉으셨으며, 그때부터 원수들이 그의 발판이 되기를 기다리심이라. 그가 단번의 제사로 거룩하게 될 사람들을 영원히 온전하게 하셨음이라. 성령께서도 그것을 우리에게 증언하셨으니, 이후에 내가 그들과 언약을 맺어 내 법을 그들의 마음에 두고 그들의 생각에 기록하고, 그들의 죄와 불법은 내가 다시는 기억하지 아니하리라 하셨으므로, 다시는 속죄의 제사가 필요 없도록 모든 것을 용서하셨음이라(10:12-18)” 하였듯, 성경 말씀에 따라 성령께서 가르치는 십자가의 죽음과 부활에 숨겨진 진리를 올바로 알고 따라 지켜야 대속과 구원을 얻습니다.

Therefore, everyone will be redemption and salvation in Christ, anyone, who correctly understands and follows the hidden truth of the Christ, he was dead on a cross and resurrected from the death, taught by the Holy Spirit according to the words of the Bible, as “When this priest had offered for all time one sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God, and since that time be waits for his enemies to be made his footstool. For by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy. The Holy Spirit also testifies to us about this. First, he says. This is the covenant I will make with them, after that time, says the Lord. I will put my laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds. Then he adds. Their sins and lawless acts I will remember no more. And where these have been forgiven, sacrifice for sin is no longer necessary. (10:12-18)”

그래서 “형제들아 우리가 예수의 피를 힘입어 지성소에 들어갈 담력을 얻었으니, 우리를 위하여 그의 몸으로 휘장 가운데로 열어 놓으신 새로운 살 길로 들어갈 수 있음이라. 하나님의 집을 다스리는 위대한 제사장이 계시니, 우리가 마음에 뿌림을 받아 죄책감에서 벗어나고 몸은 맑은 물로 씻겼으니 진실한 마음과 확신하는 믿음으로 하나님께 나아가자. 언약하신 이의 신실하심을 확신하고 고백하는 우리의 소망을 굳게 잡고, 서로서로 사랑과 선행을 권유하고 격려하며, 습관적으로 모이기를 중단하는 사람들 같이 하지 말고 그 날이 가까움을 볼수록 더욱 열심히 권고하자(10:19-25)” 하였듯, 누구나 예수 이름에 의지하여 성령을 따라 배우며 깨닫아 믿고 구원을 얻을 수 있습니다.

Therefore, anyone who relies on the name of Jesus, receives the teachings of the Holy Spirit, and learns, understands, believes and obey until death, he will surely be saved, as “Brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day approaching. (10:19-25)”

다만 “진리를 아는 지식을 받은 우리가 고의로 범죄하면 속죄의 제사가 허용되지 않고, 원수들을 맹렬하게 불태우는 두려운 심판을 기다려야 함이라. 모세의 율법을 거역한 자도 두세 증인의 증거로 무자비한 죽임을 당했으니, 하나님의 아들을 제물로 바친 언약의 피를 부정하게 여기며 짓밟고 은혜로운 성령을 모욕한 자가 마땅히 받을 형벌이 얼마나 더 무겁겠느냐, 원수 갚는 것이 내게 있으니 내가 갚으리라 하셨고 주께서 그의 백성을 심판하리라 말씀하셨음을 우리가 아노라(10:26-30)” 하였듯, 우리의 자유의지로 말미암아 성령으로 거듭나고 임마누엘 하나님께 순종하던 사람도 한 순간에 진리와 믿음을 버리고 타락하여 멸망의 심판으로 떨어질 수 있으므로 항상 조심해야 됩니다.

However, even those who were born-again by the Holy Spirit and obeyed his God Immanuel can suddenly abandon the truth and faith to corrupt by his free-wills and fall into the judgement and destruction, so we must always be careful, as “If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sin is left, but only a fearful expectation of judgement and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God. Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. How much more severely do you think someone deserves to be punished who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, who has treated as an unholy thing the blood of the covenant that sanctified them, and who has insulted the Spirit of grace? For we know him who said, ‘It is mine to avenge, I will repay, and again, ‘The Lord will judge his people. (10:26-30)”

그러므로 “너희가 일찍이 빛을 받은 후에 고난의 큰 싸움에서 굳건하게 섰던 것을 기억하라. 어떤 때는 공개적으로 모욕과 핍박을 받았고 어떤 때는 고난을 당하는 자들과 함께 섰었으나, 너희가 더 좋고 영원한 소유가 있음을 알고 갇힌 자를 동정하고 너희 소유를 빼앗겨도 기뻐하였음이라. 그러므로 풍성한 보상을 가져오는 너희 담대함을 버리지 말라. 너희가 하나님의 뜻을 행한 후에 약속하신 것을 받기 위하여 인내가 필요함이라. 오실 그이가 지체하지 않고 아주 잠시 후면 오시리라(10:32-37)” 하였듯, 그리스도의 구원에 소망을 두고 어떤 고난과 핍박에도 굴복하지 말고 죽기까지 순종하는 믿음을 지켜야 됩니다.

Therefore, we must all place our hope in Christ’s salvation and keep the faith, obeying Him until death, without yielding to any hardship or persecution, as “Remember those earlier days after you had received the light, when you endured in a great conflict full of suffering. Sometimes you were publicly exposed to insult and persecution, at other times you stood side by side with those who were so treated. You suffered along with those in prison and joyfully accepted the confiscation of your property, because you knew that you yourselves had better and lasting possessions. So, do not throw away your confidence, it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. For, ‘In just a little while, he who is coming will come And, will not delay. (10:32-37)”

왜냐하면 “온 우주가 하나님의 명령으로 지어진 줄 우리가 믿으므로 우리가 보는 것들이 나타난 것에서 말미암지 않았음을 앎이라. 믿음으로 아벨은 가인보다 더 나은 제사를 하나님께 드리고 의로운 자라 하시는 증거를 얻었으니 하나님이 그의 예물에 대하여 증언하시므로 그는 죽었으나 그의 믿음으로 지금도 말함이라. 에녹은 믿음으로 하나님을 기쁘시게 하는 자라 증거를 받았고 하나님이 그를 옮겨 가심으로 죽음을 맛보지 않았고 다시 보이지 않았음이라. 믿음이 없이는 하나님을 기쁘시게 하지 못하므로 하나님께 나아가는 자는 반드시 그가 계신 것과 그가 자기를 찾는 자들에게 보상하심을 믿어야 하리라(11:3-6)” 하였듯, 우리에게는 하나님의 언약을 신뢰하며 맡기고 죽기까지 순종하는 길 밖에 없기 때문입니다.

Because, we have no other way than to trust in God’s covenant, and entrust ourselves to God, and obey him until death only, as “By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible. By faith Abel brought God a better offering than Cain did. By faith he was commanded as righteous, when God spoke well of his offerings. And by faith Abel still speaks, even though he is dead. By faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death. He could not be found. because God had taken him away. For before he was taken, he was commended as one who pleased God. And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. (11:3-6)”

그래서 “믿음으로 노아는 아직 보이지 않는 일에 경고를 받아 경외하며 방주를 만들어 가족을 구원하였으며 세상을 정죄하고 믿음을 따르는 의의 상속자가 되었음이라. 아브라함은 부르심을 받았을 때 가는 곳을 알지 못하였으나 순종하는 믿음으로 장래의 유업으로 받을 땅으로 갔으며, 그가 믿음으로 약속의 땅에 외국인처럼 거류하며 동일한 약속을 유업으로 받은 이삭과 야곱과 함께 장막에 거주하였으니, 그가 하나님께서 설계하고 지으실 도성을 바라보았음이라. 아브라함이 나이가 많고 사라도 임신이 불가하였음에도 언약하신 분의 신실하심을 믿으므로 아비가 될 수 있었으니, 죽은 자와 다름없던 한 사람에게서 하늘의 별처럼 많고 해변의 모래처럼 수없이 많은 후손들이 나왔음이라(11:7-12)” 가르칩니다.

That is why the Lord God teaches it to us through the Scripture today, as “By faith Noah, when warned about things not yet seen, in holy fear built an ark to save his family. By his faith he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness that is in keeping with faith. By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going. By faith he made his home in the promised land like a stranger in a foreign country, he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise. For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God. And by faith even Sarah, who was past childbearing age, was enabled to bear children because she considered him faithful who had made the promise. And so from this one man, and he as good as dead, came descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as countless as the sand on the seashore. (11:7-12)”

그러므로 “그들이 떠나온 고향을 생각하였으면 돌아갈 기회가 있었겠으나, 그들이 더 나은 하늘에 있는 본향을 사모하므로 하나님이 그들의 하나님이라 불리시기를 부끄러워하시지 않고 그들을 위한 성을 예비하셨느니라. 아브라함은 시험을 받을 때에 약속으로 받은 그의 외아들 이삭을 제물로 드리려 하였으니, 하나님께서 네 자손이라 칭할 자는 이삭으로 말미암으리라 그에게 말씀하셨으므로, 하나님께서 이삭을 죽은 자 가운데서 다시 살리실 줄 그가 믿었으므로 비유하면 그를 죽은 자 가운데서 도로 받은 것이라(11:15-19)” 하였듯, 맡기고 순종하며 죽어야 다시 살리는 그리스도의 대속과 구원과 부활의 섭리를 올바로 알고 신뢰하며 자신을 맡기고 죽기까지 순종해야 구원을 얻습니다. 사랑하는 성도 여러분, 세상에 오셨던 창조와 구원과 생명의 하나님 예수 그리스도를 본받아 어떤 고난도 참고 견디면서 “아버지여 내 영혼을 아버지께 부탁하나이다” 간구하여 맡기고 숨지는 믿음으로 대속과 구원을 얻어 부활하고 영생하기를 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 간절히 축복하며 기도합니다. 아멘.

Therefore, we must correctly understand and trust in the providence of Christ’s redemption, salvation and resurrection, and entrusting ourselves to God and obeying him until death to be saved, as “If they had been thinking of the country they had left, they would have had opportunity to return. Instead, they were longing for a better country, a heavenly one. Therefore, God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them. By faith Abraham, when God tested him, offered Isaac as a sacrifice. He who had embraced the promise was about to sacrifice his one and only son, even though God had said to him, ‘It is through Isaac that your offspring will be reckoned. Abraham reasoned that God could even raise the dead, and so in a manner of speaking he did receive Isaac back from death. (11:15-19)” Dear saints, I pray and bless you earnestly in the name of Jesus Christ, the God of Creation, salvation and life, who came into the world, that you may endure any suffering, but entrust your spirit to God, with prayer as ‘Father I commit my spirit to your hands’ as Jesus was, before your last breath, then you surely be redemption, salvation, resurrected and enter the eternal life in heaven of God forever. Amen.
