신경전도 검사 및 근전도 검사
검사소견
1.Low CMAPs on the A-K segments of left peroneal nerve.
2.Normal NCSs on all the other tested nerves of bilateral lower extremities.
3.Normal H-reflexes bilaterally.
4.Mild to moderate denervation potentials and reduced interference pattems in the left tibialis antenior and extensor hallucis longus muscles.
5.Normal EMGs in the other tested musdes of left lower extremity and left L3-S1 paraspinal muscles.
결론
These findings are suggestive of left deep peroneal nerve lesion.
