Your main responsibilities as a Senior Service Manager will involve:
• Attending sales channel and internal department meetings to educate and deliver our customer ethos
• Developing the local service management strategy to attain high customer satisfaction level
• Handling complaints and escalations that exceed the trouble management ability of first line service support specialists, escalating further as needed
• Undertaking problem management; linking re-occurring incidents to identify underlying cause and developing comprehensive plans to preclude future occurrence
• Verifying services work to customer`s satisfaction after hand-over
• Developing and implementing highly detailed customer service plans outlining the service strategy to be provided to assigned customers
• Preparing regular performance reports for assigned customers
• Attending customer meetings to co-ordinate and evaluate ongoing customer needs Ensuring that customer service level agreements are implemented
• Co-ordinating a dedicated, virtual team to discuss customer`s service performance regularly
Your skills and qualifications as a Senior Service Manager will ideally include:
• Superior knowledge of service delivery processes and procedures, supported by experience in project management
• In-depth telecommunications knowledge
• Experience in quality control and process compliance
• Experience managing high level relationships using well developed communications skills
• English language skills to a business standard
