Position: Marketing Assistant
Experiences: 3~5 years
Job description
l Implement marketing strategies and plans with given resources under marketing manager’s guideline
l Assist Marketing manager in related to any marketing issue
l Generic marketing support
Role and Responsibility
l Consumer understanding: research Inputs, syndicated Review, market Monitoring, consumer Feedback, understands target/ source of volume, competitors’ activities
l Business Planning: : Support business planning
l Marketing Comm.: Online communication, PR execution, POSM & Sales aids development
l In-store: Promo calendar, In-store POP/Displays execution, account analyses, promotional Materials
l Budgeting: A&P update / administration, forecast Updates, event analyses/payouts
Qualification
l B/A or B/S degree in university
l 3~5 years in multinational companies (agency experiences with multinational clients will be a plus, PR and online experience will be a plus, FMCG experience will also be an advantage)
l Good command of English and Korean both in writing and speaking
l Good computer knowledge and strong presentation skill
l Analytical thinking, passionate, eager to learn, self-motivated, independent
