Job Position : Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities in this Role:

  • To develop new business opportunity, penetrate target customers, and convert competitive products to ours 
  • To increase sales growth and achieve the agreed sales target
  • To support customers after sales service and enhance customer satisfaction
  • To develop long-term positive customer relationship and build loyalty
  • To develop and implement an effective sales and coverage plan for sales activities

 

 

Qualification:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree about 4~6 years experience preferred
  • Proven sales experience in the hospital (or similar), long sales cycles and selling to multiple levels of high value capital items preferred
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills at multiple levels
  • Self starter, exhibiting willingness, and strong ethics
  • Strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills
  • Customer focused
  • Fluency in English preferred
