Goals:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development, co-ordination and implementation of local marketing campaigns, loyalty activities and sales promotion plans. He/she monitors the effectiveness of promotional activities. The goal is an optimum positioning of the Lufthansa product and brand in the market, to increase customer loyalty and sales revenue. Coordinating PR work.
Tasks:
• Development, implementation of marketing campaigns, pricing and sales promotions as well as customer loyalty activities (online and offline) in accordance with agreed marketing strategies and concepts
• Evaluation and monitoring of marketing campaigns in cooperation with Marketing Manager.
• Managing and steering of local marketing agencies
• Database management to optimise data quantity and quality
• Local content update/adaptations/translations
• Responsibility for the handling of all internal and external communication for marketing including design of communication material and give-aways
• Handling of sponsoring requests and complaints
• Co-ordination of local PR-activities and steering of PR agency
• Co-ordination and exchange with local sales organizations and support of sales needs
• Liaising with strategic partners such as tourism boards, hotels, airports etc.
• Guaranteeing an effective exchange of information and co-operation with the relevant departments
• Handling of administrative- and special tasks upon request
• Ensuring functionality and usability of local display of eXperts online platform as well as monthly newsletters
• Ensuring a seamless flow of information and cooperation with all departments involved, whether locally, regionally or centrally
• Participating at sales, online and marketing meetings
• Misc. tasks upon request
Qualifications:
Technical Competences
• graduate degree education or equivalent
• commercial training with further qualifications in Sales/Marketing
• work experience in marketing
• IT-knowledge incl. knowledge of customary sales tools and software
• excellent knowledge of Korean and English both written and spoken
• knowledge of German desirable

Employment type: Permanent after one year contract
Working hours : 5 days a week (9:00 am – 6:00 pm)
