주요업무내용		-Manageoperation of the Front desk including Cashier. Ensure that policies andprocedures are complied with the highest standard of service and guestsatisfaction. -Reviewroom availability status, room blockage and special requests on a daily basisthrough working closely with Reservations Manager and liase on all groups andFIT movements. -Monitoropen and close on day status to maximize room revenue and demonstrate theconcept of yield management. -Ensurethat budget and cost effectiveness at the Front Desk are achieved. -Workwith Housekeeping and Engineering on daily operations regards to guestroomstatus. -Handle guest complaints and review compliments
그외 자격조건		excellent telephoneand inter-personal skills and be able to multi-task Fluency in English is required
