158. The appeal of a missionary. The enlightenment of a prophet in distress. When the righteous live by faith.

158. 사명자의 호소할 일. 난국을 당한 선지의 깨달음. 의인이 믿음으로 살게 될 때.

Ⅰ. The missionary's appeal (Hab 1:1-17).

Ⅰ. 사명자의 호소할 일(합1:1-17).

God always places His servants in situations where, at His appointed time, they are forced to cry out in desperation. This is a time of trial, strategically designed to raise up true servants. Therefore, those who are ignorant of God's providence will be deceived. Therefore, He revealed to the prophet Habakkuk the issues that, as missionaries preparing for the Second Coming of the Lord, they must not despair and must appeal to Him. Through this passage, we can understand what is so distressing in the midst of trials.
  하나님께서는 언제나 정한 때가 올 때는 당신의 종들을 어찌할 수 없이 부르짖는 호소를 올릴 수밖에 없는 환경에 들어가게 하십니다. 이것은 참된 종을 들어 쓰기 위하여 모략적으로 시련기를 두는 때이므로 그때에 하나님의 경륜을 모른다면 다 미혹을 받게 됩니다. 그러므로 하박국 선지에게 주 재림기를 맞이하는 때에 사명자로서 반드시 낙심하지 않고 호소해야 될 문제를 묵시로 보여준 것입니다. 시련 가운데 있는 중에 안타까운 일은 무엇이냐는 것을 본문을 통하여 알 수 있습니다.

1. No matter how hard you try, there is no result (1-4)
1. 아무리 애써도 열매가 없는 일 (1-4)

@ The burden which Habakkuk the prophet did see. O LORD, how long shall I cry, and you will not hear!

even cry out unto your of violence, and you will not save! Why do you shew me iniquity, and cause me to behold grievance? for spoiling and violence are before me: and there are that raise up strife and contention. Therefore the law is slacked, and judgment do never go forth: for the wicked do compass about the righteous; therefore wrong judgment proceed.(Hab.1:1~4)

@ 선지자 하박국의 묵시로 받은 경고라. 여호와여 내가 부르짖어도 주께서 듣지 아니하시니 어느 때까지리이까 내가 강포를 인하여 외쳐도 주께서 구원치 아니하시나이다. 어찌하여 나로 간악을 보게 하시며 패역을 목도하게 하시나이까 대저 겁탈과 강포가 내 앞에 있고 변론과 분쟁이 일어났나이다. 이러므로 율법이 해이하고 공의가 아주 시행되지 못하오니 이는 악인이 의인을 에워쌌으므로 공의가 굽게 행함이니이다.(학1:1~4)

God works according to the timing of events. Historically, these timings can be described as follows: During the judgment of the flood of Noah, Jehovah remained silent until the flood came, leaving only eight people who believed in the salvation of the ark. When Israel left Egypt, Jehovah remained silent until the time was fulfilled.

When Jerusalem was restored after being taken captive by Babylon, Jehovah remained silent until the time was fulfilled. When Christ came to the world, Jehovah remained silent until the time was fulfilled. Therefore, whenever new events were to unfold, the forces of evil would rise powerfully, bringing corruption that tormented God's people. Similarly, during the Second Coming of the Lord, no matter how hard the missionaries cried out, there was no result because Jehovah remained silent. However, while this silence may seem to humans, we can understand God's hidden secrets in this way:
  하나님께서는 역사를 하시되 시기를 따라 하시는 것입니다. 시기는 역사적으로 다음과 같이 말할 수 있습니다. 노아 홍수 심판 때에 홍수가 임하는 시간까지 여호와께서 잠잠히 계시므로 방주의 구원을 믿는 자가 팔 명뿐이요, 이스라엘이 애굽에서 나올 때에도 기한이 찰 때까지 여호와께서 잠잠히 계셨고 예루살렘이 바벨론의 포로가 되었다가 복구될 때에도 기한이 찰 때까지 잠잠히 계셨고 그리스도께서 세상에 오실 때에도 기한이 찰 때까지 잠잠히 계셨으므로 언제나 새로운 역사가 올 시기에는 악의 세력이 강하게 일어나서 하나님의 사람을 괴롭히는 부패가 왔던 것입니다. 이와 같이 주 재림기에도 아무리 사명자가 애써 부르짖어도 열매가 없는 것은 여호와께서 잠잠히 계시기 때문입니다. 그러나 인간이 볼 때는 잠잠히 계시는 것 같으나 그때에 하나님의 숨은 비밀이 무엇이냐 하는 것을 다음과 같이 알게 됩니다.

First: Make it unbelievable (5)
  첫째: 믿지를 않게 하심 (5)

@ Behold your among the heathen, and regard, and wonder marvelously: for I will work a work in your days which your will not believe, though it be told you.(Hab.1:5)

@ 여호와께서 가라사대 너희는 열국을 보고 또 보고 놀라고 또 놀랄찌어다 너희 생전에 내가 한 일을 행할 것이라 혹이 너희에게 고할찌라도 너희가 믿지 아니하리라.(합1:5)

Just as the Lord said, "When I come, will I find believers?" God said, "I will do what I have done, and even if someone tells you, you will not believe." The fact that the world's people today are drifting toward materialism and disbelief in God's word is evidence that the Lord's Second Coming has arrived.
  주님께서 내가 올 때에 믿는 자를 보겠느냐고 말씀한 것과 같이 하나님께서 말씀하시기를 내가 한 일을 행할 것이라, 혹이 너희에게 고할지라도 너희가 믿지 아니하리라고 말씀을 하시었습니다. 오늘날 세계 인류가 다 하나님의 말씀을 믿지 않는 유물주의의 사상으로 흐르는 것은 주 재림기가 된 증거입니다.

Second: Raising the Forces of Evil (6-11)
  둘째: 악의 세력을 일으키심 (6-11)

@ For, lo, I raise up the Chaldeans, that bitter and hasty nation, which shall march through the breadth of the land, to possess the dwelling places that are not their's.

They are terrible and dreadful: their judgment and their dignity shall proceed of themselves. Their horses also are swifter than the leopards, and are more fierce than the evening wolves: and their horsemen shall spread themselves, and their horsemen shall come from far; they shall fly as the eagle that haste to eat. They shall come all for violence: their faces shall sup up as the east wind, and they shall gather the captivity as the sand.

And they shall scoff at the kings, and the princes shall be a scorn unto them: they shall deride every strong hold; for they shall heap dust, and take it. Then shall his mind change, and he shall pass over, and offend, imputing this his power unto his god. (Hab.1:6~11)

@ 보라 내가 사납고 성급한 백성 곧 땅의 넓은 곳으로 다니며 자기의 소유 아닌 거할 곳들을 점령하는 갈대아 사람을 일으켰나니 그들은 두렵고 무서우며 심판과 위령이 자기로 말미암으며 그 말은 표범보다 빠르고 저녁 이리보다 사나우며 그 기병은 원방에서부터 빨리 달려오는 기병이라. 마치 식물을 움키려하는 독수리의 날음과 같으니라. 그들은 다 강포를 행하러 오는데 앞을 향하여 나아가며 사람을 사로잡아 모으기를 모래 같이 많이 할 것이요 열왕을 멸시하며 방백을 치소하며 모든 견고한 성을 비웃고 흉벽을 쌓아 그것을 취할 것이라.(합1:6~11)

God said, "Behold, I have raised up a fierce and impetuous people, the northerners, who roam the vast expanses of the earth and seize what is not theirs." He also said that He raised them up for the purpose of judgment.

As described in this passage, the communist forces occupying the vast northern continent today are rising up, powerful as an eagle gliding over prey.

They are committing violence, gathering people like grains of sand, despising kings, mocking the city of God, making their own strength their god, and engaging in sinful politics. This clearly reflects the prophet Habakkuk's vision. The passage teaches us that we must not bow down to the northerners in such a time.
  하나님께서 말씀하시기를 보라, 내가 사납고 성급한 백성, 곧 땅의 넓은 곳으로 다니며 자기 소유가 아닌 곳들을 점령하는 북방 사람을 일으켰다고 하시었습니다. 그런데 이들을 일으킨 것은 심판하기 위한 목적이라고 말씀하시었습니다. 이 말씀과 같이 오늘날 북방의 넓은 대륙을 점령한 공산 세력이 본문과 같이 강하기가 식물을 움키려는 독수리의 날음 같이 일어나서 강포를 행하고 사람을 모으기를 모래 알 같이 하고 열 왕을 멸시하고 하나님의 도성을 비웃고 자기의 힘으로 신을 삼고 죄를 짓는 정치를 하고 있는 것입니다. 이것은 분명히 하박국선지의 묵시대로 되는 이때라고 봅니다. 이러한 때를 당하여 북방 앞에 머리를 숙이는 사람이 되어서는 안 된다는 것을 본문은 가르치고 있습니다.

2. Things that do not lead to death (12)
2. 사망에 이르지 아니할 일 (12)

@ Are your not from everlasting, O LORD my God, mine Holy One? we shall not die. O LORD, you have ordained them for judgment; and, O mighty God, you had established them for correction.(Hab.1:12)

@ 선지가 가로되 여호와 나의 하나님, 나의 거룩한 자시여 주께서는 만세 전부터 계시지 아니하시니이까 우리가 사망에 이르지 아니하리이다 여호와여 주께서 심판하기 위하여 그를 두셨나이다 반석이시여 주께서 경계하기 위하여 그를 세우셨나이다.(합1:12)

The appeal of our missionaries is not to fear death, but to be confident that we will never die and see a new era.

All the prophets unanimously declared that when the northern powers become unstoppable by force, it will be a time of judgment, and that anyone who looks to Jehovah will not taste death but will enter a new era. Therefore, at this time, we must not aim for the salvation of souls, but must courageously declare that death has nothing to do with us, and press forward with the aim of a new era.
  우리 사명자의 호소는 죽음을 두려워할 것이 아니요 절대 죽지 않고 새 시대를 볼 것을 확신해야 될 것입니다. 어느 선지나 다 하나같이 북방 세력을 인력으로 막을 수 없게 될 때는 심판기이니 누구든지 여호와를 바라보는 자는 죽음을 맛보지 않고 새 시대에 들어갈 것을 말했습니다. 그러므로 우리는 지금 이때에 절대 영혼 구원을 목적하지 말고 사망과 나와는 관계가 없다는 용기를 가지고 새 시대를 목적하고 돌진해야 될 것입니다.

3. Things that require waiting until the end and appealing (13-17)
3. 끝까지 기다리고 호소해야 될 일 (13-17)

@ You are of pure eyes than to behold evil, and can not look on iniquity: wherefore look your upon them that deal treacherously, and hold yours tongue when the wicked devoured the man that is more righteous than he?

And make men as the fishes of the sea, as the creeping things, that have no ruler over them? They take up all of them with the angle, they catch them in their net, and gather them in their drag: therefore they rejoice and are glad. Therefore they sacrifice unto their net, and burn incense unto their drag; because by them their portion is fat, and their meat plenteous. Shall they therefore empty their net, and not spare continually to slay the nations? (Hab.1:13~17)

@ 주께서는 눈이 정결하시므로 악을 참아 보지 못하시며 패역을 참아 보지 못하시거늘 어찌하여 궤휼한 자들을 방관하시며 악인이 자기보다 의로운 사람을 삼키되 잠잠하시나이까 주께서 어찌하여 사람으로 바다의 어족 같게 하시며 주권자 없는 곤충 같게 하시나이까 그가 낚시로 모두 취하며 그물로 잡으며 초망으로 모으고 인하여 기뻐하고 즐거워하여 그물에 제사하며 초망 앞에 분향하오니 이는 그것을 힘입어 소득이 풍부하고 식물이 풍성케 됨이니이다. 그가 그물을 떨고는 연하여 늘 열국을 살륙함이 옳으니이까

No matter how much we cry out, when the Lord remains silent, we must know that the time is near. No matter how chaotic society becomes, if we remain unswayed by it and cry out with tears, we will suddenly receive God's work. Foolish humans live lives driven by the whims of circumstances, like swarms of insects or fish without a sovereign ruler. But those who carry out their missions in this age will cry out to God, receive His response, and when they act according to that response, they will welcome the Lord at His Second Coming.
  아무리 부르짖어도 여호와께서 잠잠할 때는 분명히 때가 임박한 것을 알아야 할 것이며 아무리 혼란한 사회가 와도 거기에 물들지 않고 눈물 흘려 탄식하는 호소가 있는 종이라면 하나님의 역사를 홀연히 받게 됩니다. 어리석은 인간들은 주권자 없는 곤충 떼같이 고기 떼같이 밀려다니는 생활에서 그때그때에 환경의 지배를 따라서 움직이고 있지만 이 시대의 사명자는 하나님께 호소하여 응답을 받게 되고 응답에 따라 역사할 때에 재림의 주를 맞이하게 됩니다.

Conclusion:

A missionary must have an appeal, “Please revive the work of the Lord within the next few years,” and an appeal, “Please reveal it within the next few years,” and an appeal, “Do not forget mercy even in the midst of wrath” (Hab. 3:1-2). To become such a person, though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will be joyful in God my Savior.

결 론
  사명자는 수년 내에 주의 일을 부흥케 하옵소서. 하는 호소가 있어야 하며 수년 내에 나타내시옵소서. 하는 호소와 진노 중에서라도 긍휼을 잊지 마옵소서 하는 호소가 있어야 됩니다(합3:1-2). 이러한 자가 되려면 비록 무화과나무가 무성치 못하고 포도나무에 열매가 없으며 감람나무에 소출이 없으며 밭에 식물이 없으며 우리에 양이 없으며 외양간에 소가 없을지라도 나는 여호와를 인하여 즐거워하며 나의 구원의 하나님을 인하여 기뻐하는 생활이 있어야 할 것입니다.(합3:17-18).

@ 시기오놋에 맞춘바 선지자 하박국의 기도라. 여호와여 내가 주께 대한 소문을 듣고 놀랐나이다 여호와여 주는 주의 일을 이 수년 내에 부흥케 하옵소서 이 수년 내에 나타내시옵소서 진노 중에라도 긍휼을 잊지 마옵소서(합3:1~2)

@ Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation. (Hab.3:17~18)

Ⅱ. The enlightenment of a prophet in times of trouble (Hab.1:12, 3:17-19).

Ⅱ. 난국을 당한 선지의 깨달음(합1:12, 3:17-19).

All the prophets, when faced with hardship, first realized it and then went forth and proclaimed it. However, the hardships of their time became prophecies of the end of humanity, and what the prophets of that time realized became lessons for those who were sent on missions to the end of humanity. God did not give them revelations in the form of words spoken during the prophetic era. Rather, when He revealed revelations to prophets who faced difficulties beyond human control, He had them record them as words about judgment and a new era.

This book is a lesson about the hardships of the Lord's Second Coming and about the servants who will awaken, rise up, and welcome the Lord at His Second Coming.

This text testifies to what we must understand as servants who will welcome the Lord at His Second Coming.
  모든 선지는 난국을 다할 때에 먼저 깨닫고 나가 외쳤습니다. 그러나 그 선지 시대의 난국은 인간 종말의 예언이 되었고, 그 시대의 선지가 깨달은 것은 인류 종말의 사명자에게 주는 교훈이 된 것입니다. 하나님께서는 선지 시대에 말씀한 묵시로 준 것이 아니요, 인력으로 해결할 수 없는 난국을 당한 선지들에게 하나님께서 묵시를 보일 때에 심판과 새 시대에 관한 말씀으로 기록하게 하셨습니다. 본서는 주 재림 시기의 난국과 이때에 깨닫고 일어나서 재림의 주를 영접할 종에 대하여 가르친 교훈입니다. 우리가 재림의 주를 맞이할 종으로서 깨달을 바를 본문으로 증거 합니다.

1. Know that you will not die (1:12a)
1. 사망에 이르지 아니할 것을 알아야 함 (1:12상)

@ Are you not from everlasting, O LORD my God, mine Holy One? we shall not die. O LORD, you have ordained them for judgment; and, O mighty God, you have established them for correction.(Hab.1:12)

The Second Coming of the Lord signifies a tribulation from the north, unstoppable by human power, which God has said will be brought about (1:6-11). The tribulation brought about by God is not one that harms His true servants, but rather one that strengthens them. Therefore, no matter how great the tribulation, God's servants need not fear death. If the tribulation were brought about by the enemy's will, it would be a terrifying thing. However, since it is brought about by God's will, a servant who pleases Him will never be harmed. For example, an angry parent cannot strike an obedient son, no matter how much he raises a stick. If a stick is meant for the disobedient, it will have no effect on the obedient. If some servants are prepared to die when the final tribulation comes from the north, this is not a proper thought before God.
  주 재림기라는 것은 사람의 힘으로 막을 수 없는 환난이 북방으로부터 오게 되는데, 이것은 하나님께서 일으키신다고 하였습니다(1:6-11). 하나님께서 일으키는 환난이라는 것은 하나님의 참된 종을 해치는 환난이 아니고, 오히려 더 강하게 들어 쓰기 위한 환난입니다. 그러므로 아무리 큰 환난이 온다하여도 하나님의 종은 죽음을 두려워할 필요가 없습니다.

만일 환난이 원수의 마음대로 일어난다면 두려운 일이겠지만, 하나님의 마음대로 일으키는 환난이니 하나님께서 기뻐하시는 종이라면 절대로 피해를 당치 않을 것입니다. 예를 든다면 노한 부모가 아무리 막대기를 들었다 하여도 순종하는 아들을 칠 수가 없는 것과 같습니다. 순종치 않는 자들을 치기 위한 막대기라면 순종하는 사람에게는 아무런 관계가 없을 것입니다. 만일 어떤 종들이 마지막 환난이 북방으로부터 올 때에는 죽음을 각오한다고 한다면, 이것은 하나님 앞에 합당한 생각이라고 할 수 없습니다.

Therefore, the realization that we will not die is the enlightenment of the servants who will work at the Second Coming. The gospel that the servants who will welcome the Lord at the Second Coming will preach is that we will not die but remain. Only those who correctly understand and testify to the work of salvation from tribulation and disaster will receive the work that comes according to the Word. If this body does not believe and obey the truth of salvation while alive, even the most beloved servant will be abandoned. Therefore, as missionaries facing peril, we must boldly testify, with the assurance in the Word, that we will not face death.

그러므로 죽지 않을 것을 생각하는 것이 재림시에 역사할 종의 깨달음이라는 것입니다. 죽지 아니하고 남은 자가 된다는 것이 재림의 주를 맞이할 종들이 전할 복음입니다.

그리고 환난과 재앙에서 구원해 주는 역사를 바로 깨달아서 증거하는 자라야 그 말씀대로 내리는 역사를 받게 될 것입니다.

만일 이 몸이 살아서 구원받는 진리를 믿지 않고, 순종치 않는다면 아무리 사랑하는 종이라도 버림을 당하게 하십니다.

그러므로 난국을 당한 사명자로서 사망에 이르지 아니할 것을 말씀에서 확신을 가지고 담대히 증거하여야 할 것입니다.

2. You must know that it is a judgment machine (12th)
2. 심판기라는 것을 알아야 함 (12중)

All the prophets unanimously predicted that the end of humanity would be a time of judgment when an atheistic, invading force from the north would rise up against the church, using deception and violence. In other words, the North would become unstoppable by human force, indicating that God would judge the North.

Therefore, they taught that those who did not fear God, the judge, and feared the power of the North, despite the judgment, would perish along with the North. Now, rather than fearing God's judgment, we must boldly proclaim that the time of judgment has come. Now is the time to sound the trumpet of warning of judgment and a new era.

In the past, when the prophets warned of the coming tribulation from the north, they faced opposition from the corrupt Israelites, yet they cried out without hesitation. God's servant Isaiah stood barefoot and naked for three years, delivering a tearful warning. When they received and recorded prophetic revelations, they spoke of a time of judgment when a tribulation would come from the north at the end of humanity. They also spoke of the birth of the Messiah and his becoming a light to the Gentiles, and of judgment and a new era. Therefore, while there was a prophetic tribulation from the north during the prophetic era, there will be a tribulation that will ultimately come to an end at the end of humanity.
  모든 선지는 하나같이 인류 종말에 심판기는 북방에서 무신론 사상을 가진 침략자 세력이 궤휼과 강포를 행하면서 교회를 대적하고 나올 때라고 하였습니다. 다시 말하면 인력으로 북방을 막을 수 없게 되는 것은 하나님께서 북방을 심판할 때라는 것입니다.

그러므로 심판기인데도 불구하고 심판자인 하나님을 두려워하지 않고, 북방의 세력을 무서워하는 자는 북방과 함께 망하게 될 것을 가르쳤습니다. 우리는 지금 이때에 하나님의 심판을 두려워하는 것보다도 심판기가 왔다는 것을 담대히 전해야 됩니다. 지금은 심판과 새 시대라는 경고의 나팔을 불어야 할 때입니다.

과거에 선지들이 환난이 북방으로부터 오게 될 것을 경고할 때에 부패한 이스라엘 사람들에게 반대를 받았지만, 조금도 주저하지 않고 외쳤던 것입니다. 하나님의 종 이사야는 3년 동안 벗은 발과 벗은 몸으로 나서서 눈물의 경고를 했습니다. 그들은 예언적인 묵시를 받아 기록할 때에 인간 종말에 북방으로부터 환난이 올 때는 심판기라는 것을 말했고, 메시야의 탄생과 이방의 빛이 되는 일이 있을 것을 말했고 심판과 새 시대를 말했습니다. 그러므로 과거 선지 시대에는 예언적인 북방 환난이 있었지만 인류 종말에는 끝을 맺게 되는 환난이 있게 될 것입니다.

3. Know what to watch out for (12th)
3. 경계하는 일을 알아야 함 (12하)

The rising power of the enemy from the north is a warning to the saints who will welcome the Lord at His Second Coming. Therefore, when we see these signs, we must rise up with a sense of urgency and offer up a fervent plea, as in Habakkuk 3:2: "Lord, I have heard your report and was astonished. Lord, revive your work in the midst of the years; in the midst of these years, make it known. Even in wrath, remember mercy." Only then can we welcome the Lord at His Second Coming. If we do not awaken despite the warnings, we will perish. However, if we accept the warnings and awaken, we will be able to stand on the day of the Lord. When the signs of impending tribulation appear, we must not be entangled in worldly affairs, but be faithful in our assigned tasks, bearing fruit that revives the Lord's work. For the Lord will return to repay us according to our deeds.
  북방으로부터 원수의 세력이 강하게 일어나는 것은 재림의 주를 맞이할 성도들을 경계하는 일입니다. 그러므로 이러한 징조를 볼 때에 정신을 차리고 일어나서 합3:2과 같이 “ 여호와여, 내가 주께 대한 소문을 듣고 놀랐나이다. 여호와여, 주는 주의 일을 수년 내에 부흥케 하옵소서. 이 수년 내에 나타내시옵소서.

진노 중에라도 긍휼을 잊지 마옵소서” 하는 간곡한 호소를 올리면서 기름 준비를 해야만 재림의 주를 영접할 수 있게 될 것입니다. 경계를 주는데도 불구하고 각성을 받지 않는다면 망하겠지만, 경계를 달게 받고 각성을 한다면 주의 날에 설 수 있게 됩니다.

임박한 환난이 징조로 나타날 때에 세상일에 얽매이지 말고, 맡은 일에 충성을 다해서 주님의 일을 부흥케 하는 열매가 있어야 할 것입니다. 왜냐하면 다시 오시는 주님은 일 한대로 갚아 주시러 오시기 때문입니다.

4. We Must Know God's Salvation in the Face of Despair (3:17-19)

God's complete salvation does not manifest in situations where people can achieve it, but rather, it manifests suddenly in moments of despair. If someone becomes discouraged because they feel there is no hope, this is an act that prevents them from looking forward to God's salvation. Even in times of seemingly hopeless hardship, those who look to the God of salvation and rejoice will receive His strength, and a victorious work will unfold.

When Israel left Egypt, they looked to God's salvation amidst despair, and they crossed the Red Sea as if on dry land, ate manna in the desert, and drank living water.

God revealed this work to His people in despair, providing prophetic evidence of the work He will do for us who will welcome the Lord at His Second Coming. Therefore, when a servant in distress understands this and boldly moves forward, the resolution of all difficulties becomes God's work.
  하나님의 완전 구원이라는 것은 사람이 할 수 있는 자리에서 나타나는 것이 아니고, 낙망이 되는 일을 당할 때에 홀연히 나타나는 것입니다. 만일 어떤 사람이 소망이 없는 자리라고 해서 낙심을 하고 만다면, 이것은 하나님의 구원을 바라볼 수 없는 행동입니다. 그리고 아무리 세상적으로 볼 때에 살 길이 없는 난국을 당하여도 구원의 하나님을 바라보고 기뻐하는 자라면 하나님의 힘을 받게 되므로 오히려 승리를 이루는 역사가 나타나게 되는 것입니다.

이스라엘이 애굽에서 나올 때에도 낙망 중에 하나님의 구원을 바라보므로 홍해를 육지 같이 건넜고, 사막에서 만나를 먹었고 생수를 마시게 되었습니다. 하나님께서 이러한 역사를 낙망을 당한 백성들에게 나타낸 것은 재림의 주를 맞이할 우리에게 행하실 역사를 예언적인 증거로 보여주신 것입니다. 그러므로 난국을 당한 종이 바로 깨달아서 담대히 나갈 때에 모든 난제가 해결되는 것은 하나님의 역사로 되어지는 것입니다.

Conclusion

I believe that the Book of Habakkuk is a word given by God to His servants to help them realize in advance the time of the Lord's Second Coming. As servants who are now in this difficult situation, if we meet the time when the enemy's forces rise from the north as written in the Book of Habakkuk, we must know from this book what we must do and become people who know what we must do. Therefore, we must have the thought that we will not die, and at the same time, we must know that now is a time of judgment. While seeing and realizing the times that are unfolding according to the warning, we must become warriors who look to the God of salvation and rejoice no matter how disappointing things may be.

  하나님께서 주 재림기를 맞이하는 종들에게 미리 깨닫게 하기 위하여 주신 말씀이 하박국서라고 봅니다. 우리는 지금 이 난국을 당한 종으로서 하박국서에 기록한 말씀대로 원수의 세력이 북방에서 일어나게 되는 때를 만났다면 우리가 어떻게 해야 된다는 말씀을 본서에서 알고, 해야 할 일을 바로 아는 사람이 되어야 할 것입니다. 그러므로 우리는 사망에 이르지 아니한다는 생각을 가지는 동시에 지금은 심판기라는 것을 알아야 되고, 경계의 말씀대로 이루어지는 시국을 보고 깨닫는 동시에 아무리 낙망이 될 일이 온다 하여도 구원의 하나님을 바라보고 기뻐하는 용사가 되어야만 할 것입니다.

Ⅲ. When the righteous live by faith (Hab 2:4-14).

Until this day, even those without faith could live in splendor and wield power. However, a day will come when the righteous will live solely by faith, and no one else will be able to. This is called the end of humanity. The text testifies to the day when the righteous will live by faith.
  이날까지는 믿음이 없는 자도 화려하게 살 수 있고, 세력을 쥐고 살 수 있는 세상이었습니다. 그러나 의인이 믿음으로만 살게 되고 그 밖의 사람은 살 수가 없게 되는 날이 오는데 이것을 인간 종말이라고 합니다. 이제 의인이 믿음으로 살게 되는 날은 어떠한 때라는 것을 본문으로 증거 합니다.

1. When the Northern Powers are Extremely Arrogant (4)
1. 북방 세력이 극도로 교만할 때입니다(4)

@ Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith. (Hab.2:4)

@ 보라 그의 마음은 교만하며 그의 속에서 정직하지 못하니라 그러나 의인은 그 믿음으로 말미암아 살리라.(합2:4)

Habakkuk, seeing the apocalypse of the end of humanity, said that God would cause the northern powers to soar like eagles, causing all people to fall into chaos and become like insects without a sovereign ruler.

Then, the north would become proud and consider its own power as God's. This is a sign of the judgment.

Currently, atheists claim the world belongs to them, foolishly claiming there is no God and that God is dead. Therefore, this is the time for the righteous to live by faith. Today, regardless of denomination, those who practice righteousness are gaining courage in their faith, rising, and living holy lives.

Until this day, the righteous have died unjustly, but now is the time for the righteous to live and meet the Lord.

In this passage, the righteous living by faith is not for the salvation of the soul, but rather to teach that the time is coming when both spirit and body will live together and see the glory of the new age. Habakkuk 1:12 says, "We shall not die; for you, O Lord, have appointed him for judgment." One thing it meant was that when the northern powers rose in arrogance, the righteous would not taste death but would enjoy the glory of kingship.

Whenever faced with difficult adversity, the righteous overcome it with faith and persevere.

  하박국은 인간 종말에 대한 묵시를 볼 때에 하나님께서 북방 세력을 독수리 같이 올라가도록 하시므로 모든 사람들이 혼란에 빠져 주권자 없는 곤충 떼 같이 될 때에 북방은 교만해져서 자기 힘을 하나님같이 알게 된다고 하였습니다. 이것은 심판기에 될 징조입니다. 지금 무신론자의 세력은 세상이 다 자기의 것이 된 것처럼 하나님이 없다고 하며, 하나님이 죽었다고 하는 어리석은 소리를 하고 있습니다. 그러므로 이때에는 의로운 사람이 믿음으로 살 때입니다. 오늘날 교파를 막론하고 의로운 일을 행하는 종들은 그 믿음이 담대해지고, 올라가고, 거룩하게 살고 있습니다.

이날까지는 의로운 사람이 억울하게 죽었지만 지금은 의로운 사람이 죽지 않고 살아서 주님을 맞이할 때입니다. 이 본문에 의인이 믿음으로 산다는 것은 영혼 구원을 목적한 것이 아니고 영육이 아울러 살아서 새 시대의 영광을 볼 때가 오는 것을 가르친 것입니다. 합1:12에 “우리가 사망에 이르지 아니하리이다. 여호와여, 주께서 심판하기 위하여 그를 두셨나이다.” 한 것은 북방 세력이 교만하게 올라갈 때에 의로운 사람은 죽음을 맛보지 않고 왕권의 영광을 누리게 될 것을 뜻했습니다. 언제나 어려운 난국을 당할 때에는 의인은 그것을 믿음으로 돌파하고 나가게 되는 것입니다.

The end of humanity was said to be when people who did not know God would bow before the powerful forces of the North. However, it was taught that the North would be completely destroyed by the awakening and rising of servants in each nation, ushering in a new era.

Whenever God used the righteous, He first strengthened the forces of evil. And when the forces of evil rose arrogantly, leaving the righteous helpless, He granted them strong faith and personally fought for them. This victory for the righteous becomes prophetic history.

All the prophets taught that in the end of humanity, the North's deceptive invasion policy would inevitably fall before the righteous. If the deceptive invaders were to triumph in the end of humanity, God's words would be rendered false. However, the righteous live by faith when God's words are fulfilled in historical reality.
  하나님을 모르는 인간들이 북방의 강한 세력 앞에 머리를 숙이는 일이 있게 될 때를 인간 종말로 말하였습니다. 그러나 각 나라에서 각성을 받고 일어나는 종들로 말미암아 북방이 완전히 망하게 되므로 새 시대가 올 것을 가르쳤습니다. 언제나 하나님께서 의로운 사람을 들어 쓰실 때에는 악의 세력을 먼저 강하게 일어나도록 하셨습니다. 그리고 악의 세력이 교만하게 올라가서 의로운 사람으로서 어찌할 수 없이 될 때에 강한 믿음을 주시는 동시에 하나님께서 친히 그를 위하여 싸워 주시므로 의로운 사람이 이겼다는 것은 예언적인 역사가 됩니다.

어느 선지나 하나같이 인간 종말에 북방의 궤휼적인 침략 정책이 의로운 사람 앞에서 반드시 망하는 일이 있을 것을 가르쳤습니다. 만일 인간 종말에 궤휼적인 침략자가 승리한다면 하나님의 말씀은 다 거짓이 되고 말 것입니다. 그러나 하나님의 말씀이 역사적으로 이루어진 현실에 그대로 이루어지는 것이 의인이 믿음으로 사는 역사입니다.

3. It is a time to acknowledge the glory of Jehovah. (9-14)
3. 여호와의 영광을 인정하게 되는 때입니다.(9-14)

@ Woe to him that covets an evil covetousness to his house, that he may set his nest on high, that he may be delivered from the power of evil!. You had consulted shame to your house by cutting off many people, and had sinned against yours soul. For the stone shall cry out of the wall, and the beam out of the timber shall answer it. Woe to him that build a town with blood, and stablish a city by iniquity! Behold, is it not of the LORD of hosts that the people shall labour in the very fire, and the people shall weary themselves for very vanity? For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.(Hab.2:9~14)

However, the text states that on the day the northern powers are destroyed, the world will acknowledge Jehovah's glory. Therefore, the arrival of a time when the world cannot help but tremble before the northern powers signals the arrival of the time for the righteous who believe in God's word to acknowledge the glory of Jehovah.

Anyone who is now recognized as righteous before God will clearly know that the time has come to acknowledge Jehovah's glory, looking forward to that glory and moving forward courageously. Currently, wicked people may despise and persecute the righteous, but when the tribulation that will completely destroy this world arrives, everyone will acknowledge Jehovah's glory.

At that time, no one will deny God's word. However, regret is unnecessary at this time. Those who have already been justified and lived by faith will see Jehovah's glory.

The righteous are strengthened in their faith when trials come, and when the day of vengeance comes, they will enjoy Jehovah's glory. Therefore, the day of vengeance brings glory to the righteous who have been through trials because it is the day when their wishes are fulfilled.

그러므로 북방 세력 앞에 세상이 떨 수밖에 없는 시기가 온 것은 하나님의 말씀을 믿는 의인으로서 여호와의 영광을 인정할 때가 온 것을 알리고 있는 것입니다. 누구든지 지금 이때에 하나님 앞에 의인이라고 인정을 받은 사람이라면 여호와의 영광을 인정할 때가 온 것을 분명히 알고 그 영광을 바라보고 용기 있게 나갈 것입니다. 지금은 악당들이 의로운 사람을 멸시하고, 핍박하는 일도 있지만, 이 세상이 완전히 없어지는 환난이 올 때는 누구든지 다 여호와의 영광을 인정하게 되는 것입니다. 이때에 하나님의 말씀을 부인할 자는 없습니다. 그러나 이때에 후회라는 것은 아무런 필요가 없으며, 이미 의롭다 함을 받고 믿음으로 살아 나간 사람들이 여호와의 영광을 보게 되는 것입니다. 의인이라는 것은 시련이 올 때에 믿음이 더 강하여지고 원수를 갚는 날이 올 때에 여호와의 영광을 누리게 됩니다. 그러므로 원수를 갚는 날이 시련 가운데 있던 의인에게 영광이 되는 것은 그 소원을 이루어 주는 날이기 때문입니다.

Conclusion: When the Lord preached the gospel of the kingdom of heaven, He said He did not come into this world to call the righteous, but sinners, and commanded His disciples to spread repentance and forgiveness of sins throughout the world. However, when the day of wrath comes, the power of the wicked will be completely destroyed from this earth, and only the righteous will live by faith. However, when the righteous live by faith, He said that the power of evil will settle in the north and infiltrate the world before its destruction. The righteous will shine brighter in times of evil, boast in Jehovah when tribulation comes, and be a remnant when the whole world is destroyed, enjoying God's glory.
